Загалом все сподобалось, ресторан, бар, ресепція на відмінно, прибирання в номерах - погано.
Pros:

Готель великий, номери просторі, ресторан зручний, все було смачно і різноманітність у стравах. Пляж поряд 5-7 хв, але є сходи(враховуйте), їх можна уминути але потрібно буде трохи більше часу. Анімація, більярд(2евро партія), дитячий куток, все є.
Особливо хочу відмітити ресторан, все дуже чисто окрім чашок(мабудь машина їх не відмиває), дуже швидке прибирання посуду, на барі дуже вічливі бармени, цілий день працювати тяжко, але завжди посмішка на обличчі.
Дуже лояльний check out - карту від номера здаєшь об 11.00 і можешь надалі користуватись бассейном і рестораном, це дуже зручно якщо у вас нічний рейс.

Cons:

Прибирання в номерах, було жахливе, постіль с першого дня була у плямах і з дирками, це було не приємно, додатково мило за весь час прибирання не поклали, рушник за 7 днів зміли 1 раз і той я попросила. Ліжка легкі і тому постійно рухаються у ві сні, якось іх потрібно фіксувати.

Pros:

Overall we had a nice stay.
The local beach is lovely and close by.
The food was very tasty.
The pool was fun and there was a sufficient number of sunbeds.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor so there was a lot of bugs (mosquitoes, spiders, occasional cockroaches) coming in.
The room has seen better days and the cleaning seemed very hurried.
The playroom for kids was mostly closed and had no available toys/blocks.
The waterslides to the pool are available only for adults and teenagers, not for kids - something worth mentioning in the hotel description!

Family holiday
Pros:

We really like the snack bar that was from 13.30-18.00. A great choice of English food.

Cons:

The staff that did the activities throughout the day didn't seem inclusive for English people. We played a game in the water and had to give up because they explained the games in different languages apart from English. The food was also very repetitive and it would be great to see more things for children as lunch and dinner time.

Amazing food, clean and good service
Pros:

The food was absolutely great!! Fresh fish, meat, sides. All perfectly cooked!!
We also liked the animation.

Cons:

It’s located about 1 hour driving from the airport/centre of Palma. We rented a car to have easy transportation.

An Lovely Modern Hotel let down by the behaviour of sone guests
Pros:

The property looks modern, is clean, the staff are really friendly and the location is pretty good but more so if you have a car to get around. The small beach nearby is lovely too!

Cons:

The noise levels of people coming and going to their rooms at night in the echoing corridors, the food although nice enough was quite repetitive too. a final thing that I didn’t like was the chaos of one night where a couple smashed their patio door 2 doors down from my room. I would have imagined their behaviour would have had them removed from the hotel but they remained for the next few days after as well!

Very nice hotel and great location
Pros:

Like many other people said this hotel is definitely 4*. It’s a big hotel with lots of space to chill and relax. Large restaurant and amazing hardworking staff (thank you for your help), very warm welcoming in reception.
Food variable and tasty with lots of fruits, loved pancakes on breakfasts.
Hotel is just few minutes walk to Domingos beach. There are also all day long activities near swimming pools.
