Did the job, but we would love to have had hot water and an air conditioning that didn’t wake us up.
Pros:

Very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water in our room for the first 24 hours. It did eventually get fixed, but put a damper on our stay. Also the air conditioner was quite loud and it would be very nice if there was an onsite electric ca charger on site.

The hotel cancelled the booking without any information to us.

We reached the property at around 1 AM With Confirmed booking from booking.com and they just says that its cancelled and nothing was informed to us.

It Became a nightmare for us to find another hotel at 2 am at Grass Valley.

We had to spend excess moeny to get any hotel at last moment.

Cons:

Decent but not great for the money.
Pros:

Close to our event.
Breakfast.

Cons:

Loud A/C unit.
Original toilet handle fell off; toilet would not work.
No close parking to our room when we arrived at 10:00 PM.
Breakfast could have been better.

I tried to cancel the reservation and was told by staff that only Booking.com could cancel, Booking told me that the hotel needed to approve. Request to receive a refund for non-stay,

It has everything I need
Pros:

Unlike in previous reviews, there were no ants or rough sheets. The room was immaculate, quiet, with a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, nice towels, and an excellent breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, etc from 6-10 am. Many eateries in the area, gas, grocery store and drug store nearby. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, affordable hotel
