Restaurant fell short of brands expectations.
Pros:

Outside space was nice, room was as expected, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

Great stay prior to early flight.

Not worth what we paid . Rooms, especially bathrooms in very poor quality . Resturant food and staff very nic in poor
Pros:

It was a last minute booking and for what we paid it was way over priced . We had 2 rooms and beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was horrible . Very old and paint falling off . The doors are in dire need of painting and the bathroom ceiling needs sorting .
The evening meal was very nice and our waiter very friendly .
The other thing is that we were lead to believe ten shuttle bus was free but it costs us £3+ a person and if we knew we would have caught an uber for 3 people which would have been cheaper . The bus driver was very miserable and rude . So all in all definitely nit worth the £350 stay and I won’t be booking in again any time soon or recommending it as a stay for F&F

Pros:

Lage zum South Terminal am Flughafen London Gatwick ist optimal. Fußläufig mit kleinem Gepäck gut machbar, Weg ist perfekt ausgeschildert. Alternativ hält direkt vor dem Hotel in regelmäßigen kurzen Abständen der "Hoppa Bus". Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Buchung ohne Frühstück. Das Personal im Hotel ist insgesamt sehr freundlich, besonders hervorragend ist das Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
