Came for an event at Dickies arena from NJ. Easy uber rides!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Hotel and property exceptional. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were fabulous! Loved it!

The valet parking was ok, and building was very clean and accommodating .
Pros:

Amenities, and comfort of the room. The attention of the staff given to me. The 10th floor was exceptional, and the atmosphere of the building was phenomenal .

Cons:

We had a sink in the bathroom that was slow draining and the waiting on it to drain especially while brushing your teeth was kind of boring waiting. I did make contact to the maintenance man and let him know. He took the information down and apologized for the problem.

The mini fridge in the room must of been about to go out because it was so loud that I had to unplug it at night to go to sleep.

Human trafficking
Pros:

Human trafficking happened and no one investigated! Someone is being paid off! Disgusting! The hotel makes promises they can not keep! I paid extra for a 2 bed room, squeezed into a king and a roll away bed for 3 nights! Unavailable!

Check the room and bath when you arrive
Pros:

Good location, mostly pleasant staff, big issue with the bathroom shower that was not usable for 3 days! Despite reporting it asap and getting burned during shower, maintenance did not resolve the issue properly during our stay. Never again!

Amazing Staff!
Pros:

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding our recent stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and truly appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Everyone we encountered was courteous, welcoming, and helpful, which made a very positive impression on us.

Aside from our dining experience at Cast Iron, which did not meet expectations, the remainder of our stay was enjoyable. Valet service was efficient and well-managed, although we did find the pricing to be higher than anticipated.

We chose not to have our room serviced during our stay, which worked well for us. The only issue we experienced in the room was that the Keurig machine was not functioning properly. This was a minor inconvenience, but I wanted to share it for your awareness.

Thank you again for the warm hospitality. We appreciate the level of service Omni provides and look forward to staying at this hotel in the future.

Sweet stay
Pros:

Perfect staycation and or date night out. Very welcoming, room was cozy , 13 th floor provided views! Room didnt have c-port charging ,they didnt show CNN news. Other thdn that my overall stay was GREAT. COMPLIMENTARY WINE AND flower station with the flower wall to take photos was a super nicd touch for v-day
