Whole stay was amazing.
Pros:

Our stay was great. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I can think of is one of the elevators was messed up but it was fixed promptly. The rooms & the hotel was great.

I had a horrible experience from check in to check out. The room wasn't as fancy as I expected. I asked for a conjoint I had to settle for a couple doors down. The staff was RUDE. And it's crazy to pay that much at check in for each room. 1 of my keys deactivated in the MIDDLE of the night, guest services hung up on me 3 times. I requested several things that were not accommodated. Simple things like a luggage trolley, and robes

I’m not happy - I had to move hotels and the hotel was not comparable with the Omni
