My room ac unit made a very loud tapping noise every time is cut on that would last upwards of 30 seconds at a time. Needless to say, sleeping was almost impossible.

This is a very beautiful property and enjoyed our stay.

The valet parking was high but the staff were very nice and friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

The beds and pillows were so comfy. The sound was mostly quiet except when others would open and close their doors in the hallway. The only way to park there is to pay $48/day for valet. The pool was underwhelming. The pool table was fun!

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Great location. Everything is kept so clean. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants and events Downtown. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were great.

Cons:

Nothing. Yes there is a fee for valet. I don’t mind paying it.

Excellent, confortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Steve at the front desk was excellent. Courteous, professional, and extra attentive. Appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to check in early so that I could go pick up my wife arriving at the airport.
