Pros:

It was a good location for us, I was getting dental work at Dentzz so 7 minutes walk.
Food in the restaurant was great. Lots of variety and all meals were good.
Aran , on the breakfast staff was amazing, go out of his way to serve us and had a great sense of humour.

Cons:

Communication. I had to vary my booking by 1 day , I made 3 calls to the hotel, used what's app as they asked me on phone call to give information to them. Had a person in India confirm my change.
I had no responses from them , and when I arrived they had changed nothing and had me down as a no show.

My biggest regret is that I cant go back again!
Pros:

Everything. LOVED the food, LOVED the restaurant cocktails, LOVED the price but LOVED LOVED LOVED staff from managers and waiters to cleaners, and after two separate visits I will miss them. ;)

Cons:

Having to leave the hotel at the end of my trip and saying goodbye. There was nothing bad, ever.

Staff and service was good. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. Overall good experience.

Cons:

The room was quite small. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made lot of noise. Also there should be one small bed light incase that needs be kept on I The night. The cable network was not working and this should have been taken care of before checkin done. More facilities shld be there compare the the charges of the room

I would love to come back and stay in the same hotel if need be arise in future .
Pros:

I truly appreciated the staff at the property. They were exceptionally professional, warm, and accommodating throughout my stay. They made me feel like I was part of a family rather than just a guest in a hotel.

A special thank you to Ravi, Allam, Mehek, and the entire room service team for their outstanding hospitality and dedication. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.
