スタッフの教育が行き届いたホテル。
Pros:

体調を崩してしまった時に、レセプションのMs.Dewe に相談しました。親身になって相談にのってくださり、助かりました。ホテルのマネージャーを始めスタッフの方々も、食べやすいお粥を作ってくれるなど気遣ってくれました。

Pros:

Das Personal ist besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und man genießt eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren außerdem im Steak Restaurant des Hotels essen und waren begeistert. Toller Service und sehr leckeres Essen!

A very pleasant environment and good location. Staff are exceptional.

Staff were very obliging. Rooms are well maintained and clean.

Cons:

Food was not that great and took a long time to be delivered to your table. Consistently asked for food without chilli but chilli was always present.
