I didn’t take hotel breakfasts
The carpet & the aircon needed thorough deep cleaning.
The noise from the traffic was very bad at noon got time.
Breakfast and massage were excellent. Also the pool was beautiful.
The facilities are a little bit outdated.

The hotel location, serenity and warm reception.
The lack of Tamil language channels to meet the demand of the Tamil diaspora in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Remember, that Medan has a sizeable Tamil population also. Many Tamils from the regions visit Medan. Please, look into this abd also include Netflix and Youtube.

Too expensive
Stayed at JW Marriot Medan for 2 nights this week. Have always stayed here whenever I come here for business in Medan. Quick thoughts : 1) No 2 complimentary laundry is a bummer, all my other stays in other JW Marriot has this privilege 2) I asked for oxtail soup at the lounge and initially, was told it was not complimentary, but the manager was nice enough to make an exception for me. 3) Lounge space is big, but will be nice if more food choices were available 4) Got a welcome drink when I arrived but no farewell drink when I left (while I was waiting for transport to head to airport); probably will be nice to have that as well. 5) Breakfast at restaurant was alright but some covers (that covered the food) were really hot. Will be good to look at that; perhaps wrapping the top with a cover or something.
