Nightmare.
Pros:

It is a clean and comfortable hotel.

Cons:

Booked for two days. The Hotel had no water and the city said when water is back on to boil it before using. We checked out at 10:20 pm on the first day and they will only refund one day, not the two we paid for. The Hotel could not provide the service we paid for and should refund both days. We only occupied the room for less than two hours.

Overall we had a good stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice, the property and the room very clean and the food was good.

Cons:

Apparently they had a flood or something, it smell like humidity and had all the rooms in the third floor with the doors open and with air purifiers. Also I think it’s time to change the mattress and the pillows.

Very nice and clean
Pros:

Very upscale lobby! Nice and clean breakfast area even though they could’ve had a little more food variety. Quiet hotel, comfortable bed, very clean! I’ll definitely stay here again when I travel to Katy.

I will not be staying here again for the reasons listed.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. It was more generous than most hotels in this class. The variety was nice. I did like that there was staff at the front desk at all times.

Cons:

The toilet was clogged when I got there. Frankly, I was too tired to go tell the staff that evening so I told them in the morning. Neither key card worked. The maid helped me in. She did ask to look at the little folder that kept the key cards. I went to the front desk the next day when I was coming back in for a new key card. She neither asked to see my other keys nor asked for an ID! I was floored. I told her the room number, obviously but that was NOT safe at all.

Just get a hotel in Houston and save your money
Pros:

Nothing. It’s in the muddle of nowhere and I had to drive several miles just to get food and necessities.

Cons:

All of it. I didn’t like any of it. It was so bad o checked out a day early.

Pets Welcome and Accommodated!
Pros:

I always feel welcomed and appreciated when visiting. My pet and I stay here when we visit Houston, and there is a pet walk area and waste facilities right out the side door that is well lit for early morning visits.
Hot coffee for me in the morning, with a complimentary hot breakfast.
The room is always clean, and has everything I need for a comfortable stay.

It’s a very good hotel, needs to replace mattresses, stayed in a suite, so sitting-room was cool
