The hotel was a good price in a safe location

The staff made it worth it!! The staff made the stay much better than any other hotel. They went above and beyond.

Cons:

The property smelled of marijuana when we arrived. There was guest that were abusing the no smoking policy but we couldn’t catch them to prove it.

Pros:

Not much at all. Room was spacious

Cons:

Location was very loud right off highway. Could hear everything. Room smelled like nasty feet and mildew. Felt unclean and musty. Ac did not work well. Would not stay again.

Disappointing
Pros:

Spacious rooms, free parking

Cons:

Far from everything, terribly watery coffee, breakfast not good, extremely noisy aircon in the room. We pulled plug the to be able to sleep. Receptionist not very friendly, breakfast lady very helpful

Good place to stay.
Pros:

The beds here are among the best in Augusta. I have stayed at more than 10 hotels in Augusta over the past year for work and these beds are the best I have found. The hotel is generally convenient to where I work and the breakfast is good, though I would like to see better eggs and Turkey Bacon. All in all, I just need a comfortable bed and clean room, nothing fancy, so Confort Suites is good.

Room had issues
Pros:

I took photos to begin with the clerk was a bit on the short rude side. She had to make our keys twice. I’m handicap and I had to keep coming back down to the lobby because the keys didn’t work. She first told me obviously I had tried the wrong room and I’m like no no I didn’t then she started complaining that there was an issue with the key maker. Finally, she got keys made then I asked for a 6 AM wake up call the call came in at 5 AM then when I got into the room, I did take pictures the floor totally deep gouges scratches which looked terrible could not figure out how to turn off one of the lights and then the lights by the bed we couldn’t get those turned on and then when we looked at them, we saw that one of them was even broken. Missing the lens and it was like well. This room is not in good condition.
