Dirty and smelly
Pros:

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Dirty place, elevator sticky, washer filled with weeks old smelly water, food was horrific, rooms were nasty, swapped rooms because it had no couch or TV or coffee maker in the king presidential room. Swapped rooms, coffee maker had mold inside, smelled horrible, floor was sticky and fridge was dirty. Tried speaking to the front desk multiple times but either no one was there or they were asleep. Won't ever go back.

I booked The Presidential Suite. The room had a horrible smell. I went to the front desk and told him the room had a smell and asked for housekeeping. He told me there was no housekeeper there and gave me a spray can with a small amount of air freshener. The air freshener did not help the smell. I went back to the front desk and asked for pillows and blankets. He told me there was no blankets or pillows there. There was no shower curtains.

Won’t stay there again
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

This was my second time in a few weeks staying there. Had to move rooms both times because ac didn’t work right. The second time me and my daughter dealt with the guy working daytime and it wasn’t pleasant.

Pros:

Big TV was nice. It was cool in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom sink broken, and was so humid and cold in the room it felt like both bedsheets on both beds were wet. (bad ACTossed and turned all night. Did not get good sleep.

Kakerlaken im Zimmer, unfreundliches Personal. Einer hat mich zur Tankstelle geschickt wenn ich Kleingeld für die Waschautomaten brauche. Das Frühstück war ein Witz und due Tische schmutzig

It was very pleasant and I was able to enjoy my stay while being able to get relief from the extreme heat.
Pros:

Never disturb. Room was very cool with it being 110 outside. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

It is starting to show its age. Very clean but needs some paint. Nice TV but hard to get local station and very confusing channels. Just need to be basic cable never able to find the football games or current news.

Cons:

The rooms are very old and had a smell to it. The bed sheets looked old and stained. The carpet was disgusting. It was definitely not like how it looked online in pictures. Very disappointing we left within minutes of checking in and requested a refund.

Felt unwelcomed with service dog and side entries/exit doors were locked and not working according to staff which made it very inconvenient. No room amenities (soap/shampoo)were available. Not good experience being my last stop on a family vacation.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you're desperate
Pros:

Oh my God. Do NOT come here unless you really can't afford more than $120 a night. The elevator sounds like it will break, the floor in the room is disgusting, there were no towels when we checked in (we were able to get some), one kleenex left in the box, the fridge is disgusting, all the walls and floors in the facility look and even feel dirty/greasy, the remote control had no batteries...oh my GOD...I have almost never stayed in a place this bad and I have stayed in hundreds of places over the years. I felt embarrassed in front of my children for choosing this hotel.
