次泊まる時は15時チェックイン後に来たい！
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。
フロントでは預けた荷物に対してもしっかり対応して頂き、朝食のスタッフさんは離席時にお皿を下げていただけるだけでもありがたいのに下げて良いかの確認を頂きました。

ラウンジもありコーヒーや紅茶も美味しく頂きました

Cons:

特に大きいとこはなかった気がします。
自分も承認した上で予約をしているので文句はないですが、最上階のお部屋にもバスタブがあるとより良くリラックスできるかなとも思いました。

Pros:

駅から少し歩くが立地は静かで朝食が美味しく、各フロアにウォーターサーバーがあって便利だった。
ベッドも部屋も広くて快適だった。

Cons:

家族で3部屋予約したら一部屋だけ違う階になり、それぞれのチェックイン後、荷物の受け渡しを行う際にセキュリティが厳しく他の階へ移動出来ず困った。

ワンダフルステイ
Pros:

近くに飲食店もあるし、部屋は広く風呂には浴槽までついていた。2階のラウンジがとても綺麗でそこでなんでも飲める。スタッフも一生懸命に仕事をしていて好感が持てた。また泊まりたい

Awesome spot
Pros:

The location was excellent. Short walk from tamachi station and mita station. A lot of konbini near by. A bunch of food options to. Pretty much all staff spoke English at different levels but only had to use translator app once for a more detailed in depth question. They put up with my non japanese speaking self. Room was clean, decent size for me. Enough room for my large suitcase to be out of the way, and still more than enough space to move around so it's not so tiny like some of the other horror stories. The area is super quiet during non business hours since its a corporate style neighborhood.

Cons:

The 11th floor had a weird musty smell but only in hallway. Wasn't super strong but there.
