スタッフのみなさまはとても丁寧で親切な対応をして頂けました。
館内や居室も清潔で快適でした。

Cons:

エレベーターがカードセキュリティ機能付きだったのですが、チェックインの館内施設案内の時に説明がなかったので、エレベーターの階ボタンが押せず戸惑う方がいらっしゃいました。

Decepció total amb l'hotel i el personal!!!
Pros:

L'esmorzar era bastant normalet, passable. No disposaven d'habitacions de no fumadors tot i haver-la demanat amb anticipació.

Cons:

El personal de recepció no té autonomia per resoldre res, pèssima recepció de la segona estada del mateix viatge i nula solució dels problemes!!! Ens van dir que a la segona estada tindríem una habitació de no fumadors i no van cumplir i ens van donar, després de molt insistir, una habitació que estava per reformar!!! Era el tercer cop que hi anàvem!!!

Los japoneses no saben improvisar cuando surge un problema!!!
Pros:

La ubicación. Es la tercera vez que utilizamos este hotel y esta vez ha sido traumática!!!

Cons:

La habitación estaba para reformar, en muy mal estado. Llegamos tarde al hotel y el baño estaba estropeado y tuvieron que arreglarlo y pasó una hora mas.
