Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The hotel's management, particularly Uche, truly excelled with their remarkable leadership. The staff, including Andrew at the front desk, provided extraordinary service that surpassed all expectations. The restaurant team shone brightly in setting up my birthday party and delivering outstanding food and beverages, truly deserving a perfect 10 out of 10. While the outdoor pool area has potential for renovation to reach its full glory, overall, I applaud the hotel's dedication to excellence and award it a well-deserved 10 out of 10, with heartfelt appreciation to the entire team.

Pros:

The hotel is still of international standard despite its age. Although it is still elegant, further refurbishing is still highly required especially in the Adult swimming pool and the corridor rugs which are in dire need of urgent attention. The tiles in the adult pool, area, especially at the sliding exit need to replaced for security reasons. For families with young children, i think it is a perfect location for a get away. The sports facilities (football pitch, tennis courts) are superb and i would recommend for families with children that love sports. The staff at the restaurant are great, so is the choice of breakfast too.

Cons:

The staff at the bar, especially the barman are less friendly and warm and not very efficient most times. At one time, it took more than 40 mins for my guests to get served and i think some improvements need to be done in this area. Severaltimes, i had to give some tips we arw attended to in a timely manner. Another area that needs improvement is the account department. I was debitted on the 03.01 2026 twice for my stay and although it has been acknowledged, I am still struggling to get my refund as at 24.01.2026. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible.
