Friendly staff
Very outdated. Felt like I was back in the 90s
The breakfast was excellent, African and Continental dishes, made fresh daily, ready for the guest to explore. The dishes were neatly laid out and the staff were always smiling and ready to assist. The Chef came out to say hello when I commended hus dishes and asked if I wanted anything added, that made me feel special.
The only downside was the swimming pool not functioning when I was there.
Toilet didn’t flush, Tv is not smart and very old.
The tv is old and not a smart tv. For 275k a night, I should at least get a smart tv. I checked out about 4/5 hours after checking in cos even the toilet didn’t flush after I called and a plumber was called in to check. This is not my first time staying at your property. I’ve been coming to your property from time to time since September last year. I always paid for the sea view rooms and got a smart tv. This time, I didn’t have enough money to get a sea view room and paid for a city view only to meet an old television that’s not smart. I got a work call and I had to leave two hours after checking in. I called the front desk to ask if I could at least get part of the money back since I only stayed two hours before the work call came in and he said no, you don’t do that, which is fine.
I’m sorry, but it’ll be my last time.

Food has no good taste. Too much pepper.
Food was ok, breakfast was ok. Overall cleanliness was great.
The swimming pool was on renovation. We weren't told prior to booking. They made us pay before informing us it was under renovation. If we had known it was under renovation, we wouldn't had booked it.

My room was spacious. Food was delicious. Happy hour made drinks excellent value.
The common areas: bar, restaurant were lovely welcoming spaces
The pool was out of operation when I visited in Late June.
I didn't get hot water in the shower during my stay. It was tepid and ran out red before becoming clearer each time I used it.

Il n’y a aucune piscine la piscine est en travaux depuis des mois et cela n’a pas été mentionné.
Les douche rempli de moisissure les toilettes n’ont parlons pas
Très très déçue de l’hôtel je ne remettrais pas un pied là-bas.
