The staff were really helpful and nice. We didn't have a Chinese phone number which is required for ordering a food delivery and one of the portiers let us enter her number into the app so that we could order food (we came back late and didn't expect that the cafe at the hotel would be already closed). The room was nice, we had a great view, and the breakfasts were tasty. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the metro line 11 (the entrance is just across the street) and we chose this hotel because we traveled to the Shanghai F1 GP which is also on line 11.
This is not directly related to the hotel itself, but I expected that anything by Marriott would have a decent restaurant and I was mistaken. Breakfasts were great but the food from the regular non-breakfast menu wasn't, so it's better to eat lunch and dinner somewhere else.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with shopping malls and metro stations just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around.
The service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. I would especially like to thank the Lobby Manager Jacky for the thoughtful assistance and exceptional hospitality, which made my stay even more pleasant.
Overall, a very comfortable and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again.

They charged me more than the cost at check-in, promising to refund the difference after checkout and a room inspection. However, they haven't returned the deposit and are not answering my messages.

Le service était super, l’accueil était agréable ! L’emplacement est calme, proche de la station de métro Xujiahui donc facilement accessible. La salle de sport est très bien fournie et je n’ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine…
Les chambres sont un peu vétustes, la télévision n’était pas nette, difficilement utilisable car trop vieille, mais cela n’a pas affecté la qualité du séjour et du service proposé
