Will never stay at another place like this one.
Pros:

Location and price was ok.

Cons:

They do not service the rooms every day or not at all unless you ask and even that might not happen. One staff that was at the front desk in the morning was drunk and totally unable to perform any duties.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

We enjoyed the beautiful furniture, friendly staff, the comfortable bed, and the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel and room. Everything we needed was in the bathroom as well.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the pool was too cold for our liking.

The laundry room

Cons:

I booked to stay so I didn't have to leave for dinner since I've been traveling all day. Service was horrendous so I had to end up leaving and going out to eat

Great hotel! Will definitely stay again..
Pros:

Ms. Smith (no relation) at front desk was excellent with checking me in. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was still hair on the toilet but luckily I brought my Lysol so I sprayed it down and wiped it off.
