Never again.
Pros:

There were multiple options for breakfast and the pool was great. It wasn’t too busy.

Cons:

I got in town early so I asked for an early check-in. The woman at the front desk said it depended on availability so one room was ready and the other room still had a wait time to check in. The lady at the front desk checked me in for the first room but she charged the card Booking.com provided twice so when it came time to check into the second room, the card kept declining so a woman I assume to be manager of the hotel joins her at the front desk and proceeds to tell me that there is an issue with me checking into the second room and instead of telling me that she messed up on their end I had to do the runaround in my email looking for confirmation numbers when I knew the rooms were paid for all while this is happening I’m sitting in the lobby with my guest and all of our luggage. When I first got there, it didn’t help that there was a drunk woman chatting with the woman behind the front desk with a glass in her hand.

I will book with the hotel again on future visits to the area.
Pros:

The free breakfast was excellent. A variety of food choices and beverages were available. On-site parking availability was great.

Cons:

The television was outdated for such an upscaled hotel. The TV guide and menu functions did not work. No channel lineup information was provided in the room. You had to scroll blindly to find a station.

Not good and exact same foods for breakfast both days … unacceptable!!
Pros:

Had the same menu both days. Leftovers???

Cons:

Bed was too soft. Tried the couch. Too hard and not level because one side is often sat on. As a result, I suffered back pain several days.

The pillows are to soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay.

They didn't serve any Bacon. They didn't have the coffee services through out the day, like they use to.

Very nice hotel, staff was wonderful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Size of the room was really nice. We had 3 guests and the pull out was just as big as the queen bed, as well as being comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom was extremely small and awkward though. The shower door opened up inside the shower, and we had to reach around the door to turn on the water, which meant you got wet. Breakfast was just ok, we've stayed at other Springhill locations, and the breakfast rivaled Embassy Suites.

Pros:

There was poop on the underside of the toilet seat. Totally grossed me out. If a housekeeper misses something so obvious and important, imagine what else they missed? Breakfast was really good and better than expected.

The staff was nice and friendly and the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and stores. However the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, there were hard water stains on the shower door and the bottom of the wall by the shower was pealing. When you flush the toilet, you got a back splash of water. When we inquired about getting a new room, the staff was friendly. We had to remove all of our luggage back to our car so they could check out the room and then we had to lug all of our luggage from the car back into the hotel. Also the AC units in both rooms very loud. We come to the area often, hope to have a better stay
