Pros:

I felt really comfortable in the room, the couch and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the bathroom had brighter lights. And I kept feeling a cool draft in room.... even with the heater on.i wish more movies channel was free.

Nice rooms, nice staff good location and affordable.

The head boards were peeling as well as the wall paper. This was also in my daughter's room.

Cons:

The toilet did not work and we told the front desk and she looked annoyed and they brought up a plunger for us to fix ourselves. We asked them to clean our room and they never did.
We asked for more clean towels and they said they had none clean.

ich werde mir in zukunft 1 anderes hotel suchen.für merriott hotel erwarte ich etwas anderes.

habe 1 woche dort übernachtet.es wurde das zimmer nicht gereinigt.erst am 5.tag als ich naxchgefragt habe wurde nur die tagesdecke glatt gezogen und der mülleimer gelehrt.neue handtücher wurden aufs bett gelegt. dann das frühstück endete schon um 9 uhr.im urlaub möchte ich schon ausschlafen.also gabs nur am wochenende für mich frühstück.da war bis 10 uhr offen.es war die vorjahre besser.hat diesmal in allem nachgelassen.mir gefällt es dort nicht mehr.schade.

Nice hotel for a good breakfast and quiet aswell
Pros:

Only issue i saw on our stay was hotel pool was out of service and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash are all secured to the wall and pretty much empty. And only two little rolls of toilet paper in room for a family of 5 for multiple nights.

Pros:

I liked the location, and how the toilet and the shower were in separate rooms.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were closed. We were told that we could use the pool at two nearby hotels, but it was quite inconvenient. We had our son coming to stay with his family and the pool area was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Very disappointing.

Needs updating for the high price and ratings
Pros:

The gentleman checking us in was great! Very friendly and accommodating and the lady checking us out was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order. Lots of oil residue in pool and the jacuzzi was broke.The gentleman checking us in called the neighboring hotel for permission to use their pool but it had to be right at that second. We were limited on time right then so that was not ideal. My 8 year old was so upset about not being able to swim so I took him over. He was so looking forward to swimming at the hotel and for 160 dollars per night he should have been able to swim more than the 30 minutes that he got along with having to walk to the other hotel during a thunderstorm. The room was very outdated and so many things were broken and dirty. The toilet ran and was very loud so we had to jiggle the handle,the head board was broken and the vinyl was peeling,the room door never wanted to shut. You had to finagle it to close. The rack over the ac was cracked and broken up(that didnt really affect us but it needs updating) No coffee available in the lounge,breakfast for a saturday started at 7 so was unable to have that, due to checking out early,the couch and trundle bed were filthy. The list goes.on
