Salah welcomed us at the reception with outstanding customer service. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and truly made my sister’s stay a wonderful experience. His support and warm attitude made all the difference.

We are currently staying at The Cove Rotana Resort, and overall it has been a lovely week for my husband and me.
The resort itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach. It has a village like feel rather than a busy hotel complex and is very relaxed. The swimming pool area is particularly peaceful, with extremely comfortable loungers, making it a perfect place to relax. A thoughtful touch is the small red bags provided to hang from your parasol, which signal to spa and water sports staff that you prefer not to be disturbed — a great idea for those wanting complete relaxation.
The buffet restaurant offers delicious food, although it can feel quite manic and busy at times. There is also an à la carte restaurant that can be booked, and if you are on the All Inclusive package you receive a 55 AED allowance per person. The food there is nice; however, on one occasion we had to wait around 30 minutes before being offered a drink, despite having a 7:30pm reservation and the restaurant not appearing particularly busy. We are returning again tonight and hope for a smoother experience.
My husband had two massages during our stay, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, my experience in the spa was disappointing. I had booked a relaxing facial, but instead of being treated in the spa area, I was taken to the hairdresser’s section and seated in a barber’s chair, where threading was almost started — something I neither expected nor wanted. I was then moved to a treatment room where steam from a machine was directed at one side of my face, becoming increasingly hot and uncomfortable. Combined with the noise from the hair salon next door — chatting, laughter, and clippers — it was far from the relaxing experience I had anticipated. Although I was refunded, I was disappointed not to receive the calming treatment I look forward to on holiday.
The resort is very clean throughout. The rooms are quite basic compared to other places we have stayed in Ras Al Khaimah, but comfortable enough. While it has been ideal for a peaceful break as a couple, I don’t feel there would be quite enough to keep our two late-teen children entertained for a full week.
All staff have been polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday with a few areas that could be improved but we would definitely return.

I recently stayed at cove rotana and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the city center. Our family spend vacation at this hotel in february. Territory of the hotel comfortable with a beautiful view to the sea. Breakfast was tasty. Thanks to the Amer in reception for the care and responsiveness.

We stayed at the resort for 12 nights. We booked the Ultra-All-Inclusive-Package („Club Member“).

Originally, we booked a room with Laguna View. On the arrival, we had the possibility to change into another room in Cluster 9 which was quite closer to the Kids Pools and Kids Club. Since we were traveling with our child we agreed - thinking it will be a good idea. Unfortunately those rooms are situated near to the main road and therefore quite noisy, especially at night. Nevertheless the hotel offered us a solution so that we could moved a quiteter part in the hotel (Cluster 4 with Laguna/Sea View). I still am absolutely grateful for this! Each employee of the Club Member Reception has always been helpful and professional.

The first room in Cluster 9 was very spacious as it is preferred to families with children. The second room in Cluster 4 was smaller but still had enough space for the three of us. The interior was beautiful with „arabic“ style and cozy atmosphere. We had a balcony, which was also nice to have. The housekeeping was friendly and professional.

The whole resort area is beautiful and has an unique architecture of the bungalows and villas.

We recommand to book the upgrade to „Club Member“ as there are several profits. One of the best things for us was the private beach area. Nice beach chairs, hammocks and Bali beds are available.

There are plenty of options for food. The main restaurant „Cinnamon“ can be used by every guest for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have only been there two times (once for breakfast and once for dinner). Unfortunately, we did not like it very much as it was absolutely crowded and a bit chaotic. For the rest of our vacation we went to the À-la-carte Restaurant „Basilico“ for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is included for Club Members. The food in the Restaurant „Basilico“ was always delicious.
The breakfast at „Basilico“ was smaller compared to the „Cinnamon“, but offered a fine selection. On our last day they launched a new breakfast concept which is quite fancier and stylisher than before. But it was already delicious and nicely arranged before 🙂 besides, we enjoyed the calmness in the morning because most of the time we were alone at breakfast.

One point of „criticism“ would be the fact that the majority (80 %?) of guests is from russian decent. A more homogeneous distribution of nationalities would be nicer.

In conclusion: it is a beautiful hotel and we would recommend the upgrade.

The stay was very relaxing, the staff was polite, helpful and kind. It is a nice looking resort with interesting wildlife and beautiful nature to look at.

We were satisfied with the room cleaning and Peush was polite and the cleaning was detailed, so we were happy with the service.
