The food quality was amazing the serving was excellent
The staff was very cooperative
The ambience was wonderful

Best food
Pros:

We had lunch at the Gourmet restaurant today, we are very happy to say the excellence about the food it was too 😋 and cherry on cake was the restaurants captin Mr.Mahesh...he is the man who served not only food but he served it with so much love and respect. We enjoyed our lunch.

Pros:

I had the experience of a cyber fraud as the number in the website is fake n this relates to some hotel management. Already I was duped of Rs 15000 towards booking but some other was duped of Rs 80000. Please be advised to check before payment online

Very lovely stay- Would stay again.
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, clean and check-in was easy even when arriving late after a wedding reception. Everyone very helpful and friendly

Perhaps my last stay at this property

Cons:

Bit run down, toilet vanity had a crack, everywhere it needed maintenance, my rooms light won’t shut down, I arrived at 11 tried and wanted to sleep but the light won’t shut down, the manager sent the maintenance guy but he also gave up and said you have to sleep like this and I couldn’t sleep whole night as the lights were on. I wasn’t offered any other room or choice.

Good Hotel with reasonable Tariif
Pros:

It is a old hotel, with old furniture's etc. Location is calm, because of the expected bridge construction work which is said to begin soon. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is OK.

Cons:

More plug points are required. Room does not have any windows through which we can see outside.
