Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut & doch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind ok, nichts besonderes, da hatte ich für den Preis mehr erwartet. Frühstücksbuffet eher auf Asiaten ausgelegt, wenig frisches Obst.

Cons:

Etwas zu übermotivierte Mitarbeiterin, die mich schon im Vorfeld ständig anschrieb, damit ich Touren buchen sollte

Pros:

This is more of an assessment of Expedia and not the property. I would expect Expedia to somehow check the facts about the property before listing it as a 4 star hotel. The hotel has seen its good days probably 30 years ago. I checked out after the first night despite the fact that I had prepaid Expedia for 3 nights. The towels were old and had probably not been changed for 5 years. The card key was pre made with a sticker on it with the room number (secure??) I could see inside people’s houses and bedroom across the alley. There’s no car access to the hotel. The bed was made in the morning but no change of sheets and fresh old towels were placed in the bathroom! Overall, I got out of there as soon as I could. Extremely disappointed with Expedia.

Perfect stopover
Pros:

A lovely stay at this hotel for our 4 nights in Hanoi. Used mainly as a base around our trips so perfect and no need for a pool or anything as had no time. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was clean with water provided daily. Would stay again for a short break. A big thank you to all the staff.

Pros:

Super zentral in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilft bei allem: ob Taxi, Wäscheservice oder Ausflüge.
Top Preis-Leistung!
PS: die oft kritisierten Fenster machen das Zimmer ruhig. Für Wellness geht man nicht in ein City Hotel. Deswegen optimal!

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay..the frontdesk staff was very helpful, very accommodating even the kitchen and service driver.
The hotel was clean and provided with toiletries.
Two thumbs up.

Pros:

Rooms are lovely in pictures only which are posted on website but actually they are not upto the mark.I booked it for 3 days a room with window if I open the foul smells burns my nose.it is situated in a very narrow street.Hotel staff is also rude.

旧市街ならまた泊まりたい
Pros:

通りに面しておらず、タクシーを使用する際は少し歩きます。賑やかな地区にありますが周りは静かなので騒音は感じませんでした。
フロントは明るくフレンドリー。滞在をより楽しくしてくれました。
レインシャワーがありお湯もしっかりでて快適。部屋のサンダルがあまり綺麗ではなかったので、持参がおすすめ。ホテルおすすめグルメにいくつか訪れましたが、どこも美味しくありがたかったです。
