Perfect!
Pros:

My son had 2 Drs appointments on seperate days so me, my son and my mom stayed here over night instead of commuting. & I would recommend this place to anyone. The area is safe and nice. We didnt hear anyone on the outside when we were in the room. The beds and pillows were great. The staff were exceptional! Everything was so clean. The pool was clean and warm!!!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could 🌟 Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Excellent stay
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel, starting with the super helpful and friendly ladies at the front desk (Jeycha and another lady), as well as the breakfast room staff. Very clean and spacious room, excellent location near airport, great breakfast with many different options.

Pros:

I loved how close the property was to the outlets! Also was not a bad drive to king st.

Cons:

Our bathroom shower was very dirty. The ceiling was leaking in lobby which concerned me.

North Charleston gem
Pros:

I was recently in North Charleston for the high water music festival and the Hyatt place was the perfect location with the perfect service and accommodations to make the visit memorable. The front desk staff was top-notch and took care of everything from early check in to providing daily waters and local information.

Great hotel in North Charleston
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Charleston Airport. We booked this location because it was a short 5-minute walk from the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, where we went for a concert. But it was very convenient for everything else. We drove to downtown Charleston and to Isle of Palms without problems. The staff at this hotel were great - so friendly and even fun. The room was spacious and clean. Really, what more could you ask?
