Bedbugs and unhappy way overpriced dirty

The bedbugs, brick manager $600 deposit staff was outrageous. The entire place in marijuana everything was dated in the world has taken out usually freaking the carpeting because carpet harvest bedbugs and they haven’t and I showed him my welt and I showed him a picture of red bulb and they were like well there should be blood trails all over your bed like what

Severe Pest and Cleanliness Issue - Unacceptable Standards
Pros:

While the layout of the room was inconvenient due to the sink being located outside of the bathroom, my primary concern is a severe hygiene issue. Upon returning to my room in the evening, I discovered a large cockroach in the bathroom and was forced to kill it myself. Encountering pests in a guest room is entirely unacceptable and a clear violation of basic sanitary standards. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and expect management to address this immediately.

Perfect Spot
Pros:

Great location for concert events. Bed super comfortable and room very cozy. Home away from home. Clean and staff was very friendly. We will be back

Fix the toilets please
Pros:

The staff were very nice. Wish they would have had a manager there to deal with all the toilet issues though.

Cons:

The toilet did not work and it made our room smell like poop all night. The gals at the front desk gave me a plunger and said that they had no rooms to change me into. I will not be staying here again.
