The stay was nice, beds were comfortable and very convenient location

Beware of the mattress but other than that the stay was good.
Pros:

The property and staff were great. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and my daughter definitely enjoyed the pool although it could be bigger. The breakfast was good on certain days and there was a nice variation of items to choose from. The location was great as well.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable. My girlfriend and I both woke up with body aches from the hard mattress. I have a bad back and it amplified my back problems sleeping on the hard mattress. The air in the room was also dry and we both woke up with dry, sore throats. The AC unit was also very loud. If the mattress was replaced for a softer more comfortable one then the other issues listed would’ve been minor.

Great Location
Pros:

The staff were super friendly & welcoming. Bartender was amazing and so we're the drinks. Facility was clean. Location was great. No noise. Breakfast was pretty good and had more than pork. Thank you for the turkey sausage. Parking was great and not overcrowded. Close to the interstate, shopping and dining.

Cons:

The price was steep for 2 days. Although the room was spacious, I didn't really care for the separation of the sink being outside the bathroom. My husband said the bed was a little hard for him.

Overall, a great stay!
Cons:

One thing that could have been better is if when I needed help with the TV situation, when I asked the front desk for help, she said she was going to send someone up to help, no one ever came.

Pros:

Nice , friendly and professional stuff. Always smiling and in good mood. This is very important. Clean room, greate breakfast, Hot water and coffee station always was full. Pool is very clean and inside temperature was really hot. I like everything. I highly recommend this place. My family definitely come back again.

Great Hyatt hotel
Pros:

Relaxing hotel atmosphere and very professional and helpful staff. We asked for extra blankets for the sofa bed before arriving and everything was provided.

Pros:

This was my second stay here...the location is in a great spot with and within walking distance....the atmosphere is great very peaceful...the room was very clean and cozy inside with a lot of space to move about...I would say you get what you paid for when it comes to thr price...its was very quiet both of my stays unlike other hotels I have stayed in which was very soothing to me ...the service and customer care was well above what I had expected and experienced before...i travel a lot and to have found a hotel like this that checked off all the things that a person would want when staying at a hotel...the staff was amazing ...very nice and courteous...respectful and attentive...the amenities were excellent better than any I have every had the opportunity to enjoy. I look forward to my next stay. Keep up the amazing job.

Overall the location was great. The staff was friendly. It was everything we needed.
Pros:

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. the room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for breakfast or just hanging out. The bar was great. Not well stocked but great for a quick drink.

Cons:

The pillows were horrible. They were incredibly flat and had no support. There were no extra pillows in the room either.
The hallway carpet looked a little worse for wear. There were bald spots in the hallway where the carpet was worn away.
