From the moment I called to get information for my visit to Charleston I was treated with a friendly helpful employee named Shondi (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) she answered all my questions and was so pleasant even at 5AM when I called. We were able to arrive a day earlier, and Tierra was so helpful. A very friendly face to greet some weary travelers. She signed us up for Hyatt points and explained all the benefits. Our room was so nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also a nice treat. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay as we visited beautiful Charleston.
Enjoyed my stay very much at Hyatt Place Charleston Airport. Spacious and clean room, friendly staff and nice facilities. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Beds were so comfortable! Loved the room set up at a higher floor. Super clean from start to end! Tierra was one of our favorite people! Very personable!
Bathroom doors too close to toilet but for what one pays this hotel offers lots of good things...great location, super comfortable beds, pristine clean rooms, hallways, lobby, well varied breakfast! Overall our stay was great! Our first time at a Hyatt and this hotel made us think about staying here again or when traveling to other places consider the Hyatt hotels! Great stay!🎉

Nothing to dislike
It was somewhere affordable to stay. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t all that great either.
The hotel canceled my reservation, failed to communicate and lied about it. The breakfast was “meh” most hot items were cold. The room had a weird smell. The shower was still dirty, including the shower head. The racks in the shower were rusty and peeling. The cheapest toilet paper and soaps to exist on earth.

The bartender was in a bad mood after the concert and everyone at the bar felt very unwelcome.
Our first time at a Hyatt Hotel! We booked a high floor King bed with sofa room. The customer service demeanor by the hotel staff we interacted with was professional. Interacted most with Tierra! Born to serve people within the hospitality industry! Very personable professional staff person! Our room was immaculate and had anything we needed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. If we knew the quality of the toiletries that were provided free by the hotel we would not have bothered bringing any shampoo/conditioner & body wash from home. It smelled so good!

We did not use the pool so we do not have any feedback on it. We preferred to enjoy the beach during our visit to a son in the Navy!
Proximity to many restaurants and hotel even has a restaurants directory carpet with each restaurant's menu!
Will definitely consider staying here again in future visits or recommend it to family and friends! 🎉
