The room was dirty. Trash between bed and night table..

There was no cold water to take a shower or bath only hot. We notified front desk and they said they were aware but did not offer any solution. None of us were able to bathe. We had places we had to be in meetings and felt dirty from traveling from Texas to Mississippi.

Quick and comfy could be cleaner
Pros:

The beds were actually comfortable and I like having a small refrigerator in my rooms when traveling it’s always a plus.

Cons:

Could have been cleaned better. I saw an old contact lenses under the bathroom sink which told me the floors don’t get attention to detail if cleaned at all. Honestly though I always wear some type of house shoe or flip flop in a rental of any type but you want to know that’s extra precaution and that it actually is cleaned!

Disgusting
Cons:

The pictures on the website of the property DO NOT match the actual property. The exterior of the building had stained paint, crumbling steps and large cracks in the parking and drive. More humid inside the building than outside 94 degree weather. The room was outdated and in desperate need of a deep thorough cleaning. Bathroom had mold on the soap dish and paint the tub. Shower head was old and had gunk built up. Furniture was scraped and peeling. Just overall disgusting. I would have never booked this hotel had I known the property was in such dire need of repair and cleaning.

Pros:

3 stars. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The problem is that the hotel desperately needs upgrades. I booked it because it has an indoor pool, and I have children. The pool was out of order. Looking through past reviews, this happens a lot with the pool. The beds are so uncomfortable. The mattresses are old, and the room smells musty.

Our room was not cleaned and the staff could care less I spoke with other people staying in your facility and they complained of same stuff I come to Starkville every other week I will not stay there again.
