Not a great holiday experience.
Pros:

Disappointing. Not a hotel for families. Expensive. Charged for tonic additionally to the gin without advertising the fact. Tried to charge $29 per head for breakfast, incl 2 children. Rooms has no windows. Restaurant in the evening - Sun - was not open. Felt like a hotel for local business people

La atención del personal de recepción

Cons:

En la habitación todo el juego de sábanas y plumas estaba humedecido de la condensación y del aire acondicionado, fue imposible dormir y cogimos un buen catarro.
A mayores quiero señalar que aunque cogí la habitación como no reembolsable tuve que cambiar mi viaje por una cancelación de la compañía aérea y pedí, con tiempo, que esa circunstancia ajena a mi fuera tenida en cuenta y no lo fue, cosa que no me pasó en otros hoteles a lo largo de mi vida .
Lo más curioso encima fue que no acudiendo me pidieran valorar mi estancia.

Hotel Is good.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. The pool water on the roof is very warm. All good. Lots of breakfast shops in same street to choose from.

Very nice hotel, very good rooms, excellent breakfast, employees very professional and availability above average. Rest zones very clean.

Comfortable and beautiful
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was its excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. The security and staff were outstanding, and the team went above and beyond to assist me as a tourist who does not speak Portuguese. They were extremely helpful in arranging taxis to the city and the airport. A special thank you to Franco and Francisco for their exceptional support. The facilities were excellent, with beautiful rooms and stunning views, and the breakfast was also very good.
