Hotel Is good.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. The pool water on the roof is very warm. All good. Lots of breakfast shops in same street to choose from.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, very good rooms, excellent breakfast, employees very professional and availability above average. Rest zones very clean.

Comfortable and beautiful
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was its excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. The security and staff were outstanding, and the team went above and beyond to assist me as a tourist who does not speak Portuguese. They were extremely helpful in arranging taxis to the city and the airport. A special thank you to Franco and Francisco for their exceptional support. The facilities were excellent, with beautiful rooms and stunning views, and the breakfast was also very good.

Pros:

I stayed here for 2 weeks in September/October 2025 and here are my observations:

Good things: In general a really good hotel. It is clean. It is relatively quiet. The air-conditioning in the room is effective and the warm water in the shower is of satisfactory temperature and pressure. The breakfast is decent. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, with many good restaurants right around the corner, grocery store close by etc.

Bad things: First of all the WiFi speed is really bad. It seems to be capped at 5mbit/s. The range is good, with me having good reception basically everywhere in the hotel and their gardens, but the speed? I'm quite disappointed by it. Working from the hotel is possible, just don't expect to use any big files because you will be waiting forever for them to download.

I previously stated the staff is great. Which they are. Unless you order anything food or drinks related. In the piano bar it takes absolutely forever to get food. But worse than that, when it's time to get the bill to sign it to the room it regularly takes 15 minutes. Just to get the bill! In the end I asked for the bill the moment I ordered my food, in that case the bill came when the food arrived and I didn't have to wait for it. This is not only the case with food but when you only have drinks as well. To be honest it's better to go down to the other restaurants which are both cheaper and faster.

In general a good experience. If the hotel fixes those 2 things it would get a full 5 stars.

Cons:

O preço não condiz com a qualidade. O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas não excelente, muito menos excepcional. O Bar, em termos de vinhos, é muito pobre. O Restaurante, infelizmente, padece de qualidade!

Exceptional
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional. I felt really welcome from check in to check out. The room was so tidy and quiet and the breakfast was amazing. They serve really good coffee. The location is also great with good restaurants nearby. I had an ultimate rest because the bed was soooo good.
