Ok!!!!
Pros:

The room was real nice for the most part. The Curtains new some up date

Cons:

The curtains need some up date ,had a spot that was a eye sore . They had two Elevators and one was not working the whole weekend and me and three other guys got stuck on the one that was working.No bacon or sausage on the breakfast line .

Elevator gets stuck
Pros:

Night staff friendly.
Good location.
With the problem of getting stuck in an elevator for 10 mins and manager did move us to a 1st floor unit they did not even aplogize about it and the night staff even told me that they knew there were problems

Cons:

Got stuck in elevator for a good 10 mins.
Told manager who never apologized at all about the problem.
Did move us to a 1st floor unit.
Also for a Hayatt no USB ports, the rooms are still stuck in the 90's

Location, Breakfast

Cons:

The shower water was lukewarm and the water pressure was low. Also the sink had a clogged up drain which once they were notified of that issue they resolved it rather quickly. And for it to be a suite there was no microwave. And the elevator it was only one elevator working and for an establishment like the Hyatt that was very weird based on the amount of people that stayed there.

Slept great!
Pros:

The beds were awesome with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. The bath towels were new and absorbent. Appreciated the face cloths. The room was large and the TV screen was huge!

Cons:

The A/C fan was loud and it took about two minutes for the water to turn hot in the shower. The included breakfast had lots of variety but I really don’t like using disposable plates and cutlery - bad for the environment.

No hot water in sink it was hair everywhere in the room and in bathrooms couldn’t drink at the bar cause the guy was too young serve alcohol and couldn’t eat cause he didn’t know how to cook the food

A good one night stay, decent facilities.
Pros:

Location near airport was my primary need and at a good price. Not close to downtown Charleston. Had to leave (fly) early so we did not get to try the included breakfast which would have been a plus me. Very friendly staff. Room was quiet and well equipped, with a decent shower.

Cons:

Traffic in that area can be horrific, add time for travel. Carpets were showing their age, need a very deep cleaning. I would give the facility a solid 3 star rating, but not a 4 or 5 by any means.
