Property and location was excellent

Cons:

Staff dishonesty. An article of clothing was left in the room and was not returned. The hotel did not take accountability for the situation. My brand new jeans jacket and brooch was taken. Hotel Nonchalant response " not seen in lost and found"

Seeing my last name on the TV made me feel like a VIP
Pros:

Very nice updated room! Spacious and nice bathroom

Cons:

Pretty far from everything in Toronto and especially when the up train was done for the whole weekend and had to use go buses and navigate Pearson difficult and confusing airport

Room was bigger than expected.
Pros:

We were very surprised by the size of the room. Didn't expect that. Maybe we got an upgrade. The room was obviously very spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. All over a booking.com moment.

Pros:

Une belle chambre, qualité prix
L'aéroport, super, les instructions sont en français et en anglais. 10 minutes en direction du centre-ville avec le UP Express.
La navette, le chauffeur étais courtois. Toujours à l'heure.

Cons:

La femme de chambre de samedi (05/09) et dimanche (06/09) en faisant mon lit, a mis mes oreillers parterre.

I could not have asked for more. Excellent!
Pros:

De staff were very helpful, the room was very good; of a higher standard than I expected. The shuttle service was very professional.

Cons:

All was pretty good; the one thing I could say is that the sir refreshing system could be noisy at times.

Altes Haus mit guter Bar
Pros:

Toll war die Bar, das Personal dort, das Essen und das Trinken. Gut war auch der Airport-Shuttle.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlimmste war das Bett - weich und ausgelegen. Bei jedem Drehen waren die Rückenschmerzen zu spüren. Und dann sollten wir auch noch 35 Euro fürs Parken bezahlen, dabei sind vor dem Hotel freie Parkplätze.
