De kamer.

Cons:

Ze houden 500 euro borg in op je creditcard. Deze is, nu( na 2 weken) nog niet steeds niet vrijgegeven op mijn creditcard. Ik vind de borg veel te hoog. En als je dan zo'n hoge borg vraagt zorg dat deze dan ook na een paar dagen weer vrij gegeven wordt.

Most uncomfortable bed ever!! And pillows that morph into pancakes the second you lay your head down on them. The 2 most important aspects for an airport hotel to get right and a big fail!

Good staff, minor issues clouded an otherwise good stay.
Pros:

It was close to the airport with a very convenient free shuttle. The staff were efficient and friendly. The lobby was a welcoming space with a restaurant and snack bar and washrooms nearby, but wasn't too noisy. I had mistakenly booked the wrong night and they helpfully changed my booking.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor issues with our room: the bathroom light flickered constantly, a couple of the USB ports and one of the reading lights didn't work. The heating in the room wasn't adjustable.
