Pros:

Nous avons aimés l'emplacement et nous avions une suite au 15e etage c'etait vraiment beau et le personnel tres sympathique.

Cons:

Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé la douche c'etait rempli de moissisure au plancher mon conjoint a dû lavé celui afin qur nous puissons evité de nous mettre les pied la dessus.

Ça fait le job et c’est moins cher que d’être dans le centre.
Pros:

Le personnel, la literie, le parking souterrain, l’affichage des vols très pratique. Belle vue des avions sans être dérangé par le bruit.

Cons:

C’est loin de tout, nous avions une voiture donc pas dérangeant pour nous mais heureusement qu’il y a un service de navette.

Great facility and very comfortable room close to Pearson Airport
Pros:

This is the star of Toronto's airport hotels! A beautiful facility, delightfully comfortable bed, delicious supper in the restaurant, REALLY good A/C (so important these days), and a well-appointed bathroom. I had to leave very early, so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, but I'm sure it would've been very good as well.

Cons:

Everything was great - no criticisms at all,.

Great location and facilities for our 10 month old baby.
Pros:

Excellent location when travelling with a baby. Very good crib provided by lovely hotel staff. Firm mattress. Very attentive with providing a hot water flask so we can make bottles for our son in the room even though we arrived late. Breakfast was great because even if we have a baby with dairy allergy we were able to find food for him in the restaurant. Scrambled eggs with no butter or salt. Our stay with our 10 month old was stress free

Conforto, café da manhã e atendimento. Transporte para o aeroporto (translado) muito bom.

Cons:

O entorno do hotel não possui opções para caminhar, comer ou atividades de lazer. Precisa sempre pegar táxi ou uber.

Iit was fine. I was there for less than 24 hours. It did the job.

I really hate doing these surveys, especially when i spend little time in a place. The suggestion that I complete my review with pictures is laughable. I hate my inbox being repeatedly filed up with survey requests. I suggest a very short form survey for overnight travellers.
Also - it's an airport hotel. The question about recommending it as a romantic destination is ridiculous. Don't ask ridiculous questions.
