Great Option for a Layover Near YYZ
Pros:

What I liked most was how close the hotel is to the airport while still being more affordable than many other hotels in the area. The room had a large, comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom, which were exactly the things I needed for a short stay between flights. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also very convenient.

I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good and the portions were quite generous.

Cons:

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the shuttle service arrangement. The shuttle serves two Hilton hotels, the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn, so it stops at the Hilton Toronto Airport first and then continues to the Hilton Garden Inn. It wasn’t a big issue, but it did add a few extra minutes to the trip.

Apenas umas horas em trânsito.
Pros:

Perto do aeroporto. Shuttle do hotel, que sempre é uma ajuda e uma economia apreciáveis. Check-in fácil e rápido.
Quarto e instalações ok e um bom pequeno almoço, com boa variedade, sem mais.

Cons:

- Para um hotel com o nome do Hilton, cobrar CAN $150 de depósito, para "eventuais despesas ou no quarto", das duas uma, ou estão habituados a receber selvagens e vândalos, ou então isto é uma verdadeira patetice, mesmo um abuso, pois se têm esse tipo de problemas, não custa nada mandar um empregado verificar o quarto à saída do hóspede e antes de apresentar a conta. Agora cobrarem 150 dólares e ficarem com esse dinheiro 3 a 5 dias, acho péssimo e não voltarei a mais nenhum Hilton, se a regra é essa. Mais, o cliente até pode perder mais dinheiro, dependendo do cartão de crédito que usa, câmbios, taxas, etc, no pagamento a mais e na devolução do dinheiro. Super mal feito na minha opinião, por ser tão fácil resolver este problema.
-Tive um quarto do 15º andar, vista linda, mas também, o barulho a noite toda, dos compressores do ar condicionado...., para conforto isto é um grande (-) menos.
-Não creditarem pontos no programa Hilton, só porque a reserva foi feita pelo Booking.com ! Inglório, pois no final, sempre paguei CAN$ 262.32 para passar 9 horas apenas no quarto, (mas mesmo que fosse o dia todo), e já acho um montante bem razoável, para um hotel de aeroporto, portanto o que custaria realmente para o Hilton, dar pontos aos seus membros ? A vida deve estar mesmo a ser muito dura para o Hilton.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Unexpected overnight layover in Toronto forced me to book this at the last minute (booked after 7 pm the night of my stay). Arrived after midnight and there was staff available at the front desk to check us in. They offered a clean, comfortable, and affordable room near the airport, which was perfect after a long travel day.
