High-quality stay with excellent breakfast
Pros:

A high-standard hotel with a truly excellent breakfast and a wide variety of options. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s also very convenient to reach the center of Milan by train.

Poor service
Pros:

On our stay first night at around 1:00 AM, someone knocked on our door and actually tried to come into our room. I had no idea what was going on and genuinely thought we were being attacked, so I had to push them out. Later we realised it seemed to be two drunk guys, but it was a really scary situation.

I didn’t report it straight away that night, which I admit was my mistake, but I did speak to reception the next morning. The response I got wasn’t helpful at all. I was basically told to give more information and to let them know if it happens again. That didn’t make sense to me — why should we have to wait for something like this to happen again before anything is done?

I also suggested checking the cameras to see who it was and what room they were staying in, but I was told the cameras are private and couldn’t be checked, which was frustrating.

On top of that, when we checked out, receptionist tried to charge for two beers we didn’t drink. We were asked multiple times (around five times) if we were sure they weren’t ours, which felt quite unreasonable.

Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. Between the safety issue and how it was handled, plus the checkout problem, the service we received—especially from the two male receptionists—was poor.

Amazing holidays.
Pros:

Good location, close to the metro station. Rabbits can be found on the street next to the supermarket. A quiet safe place with beautiful flowers all around. Large, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Letto e cuscini molto comodi; spugne da bagno di ottima qualità.
Personale cortesissimo.

Świetne miejsce, bardzo polecam!
Pros:

Bezpłatny parking, czyściutko, dużo miejsca (półek) do rozłożenia prywatnych rzeczy, brak wykładziny, twardy materac, bardzo duże łóżko, restauracja z dobrymi ocenami na miejscu, tuż obok supermarket, 10 minut pieszo stacja kolejowa którą można dojechać prawie do centrum.

Cons:

Przy rejestracji poproszono mnie o kartę kredytową, której nie mam. Jak powiedziałam że nie mam, to otrzymałam odpowiedź "ok, nie szkodzi" - dosyć dziwna sytuacja, zwłaszcza że nie ma w opisie informacji o konieczności posiadania karty kredytowej.
