Make sure if you’re only going for the pool that it’s actually working. I guess you have to ask in details is the water

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we only booked the hotel to use the pool we called the property before booking to make sure that the pool was not and after we both and got there that water was freezing. The pool area was freezing. We said something about it and they said that the maintenance guy are a pool guy said that the water was OK or something like that which it clearly was sent because then why was there people including me with sweats blankets and coats in the pool area? My kids did not get to enjoy the pool and that was the only reason we want.

Great staff, facilities generally excellent. Good location, just off highway.
Pros:

My family ate there first morning, I didn’t arrive until late that evening. They said food tasted good but they found a few hour later, it disagreed with them. We didn’t have breakfast there again during our stay.

Francine (front desk associate) and GM (slim gentleman) were outstanding.

Cons:

Bathtub plug didn’t mount correctly and leaked when tub filled. A slow leak, but a leak nonetheless. I’ve maker didn’t work on my floor (3rd) during stay, always had to walk down to 2nd floor for ice. The recycling/garbage bins near elevators needed more frequent emptying. Lots of families on my floor, obviously generated a lot of trash/recycling. More than half the time you had to try to jam stuff into the bins or it would wind up on the floor. Otherwise only thing missing for me was a safe in the room.
