Clean and comfy
Pros:

This hotel was super clean with comfy beds. Very convenient to all things Charollette, right off beltway!! Our experience was definitely made better by Theresa Cham, operations manager. She was the bomb!! Professional, timely and informative with a smile. Thank you Theresa for everything, especially the Smoke pit recommendation, that is some excellent BBQ. thanks for great stay.

Unhelpful front desk
Pros:

Room was good. Free airport shuttle. The driver gave more information than the front desk. If I knew that I would have had a better conversation with him and tipped him more. Wifi was working well.

Cons:

The front desk person was so unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to ask him why I am being charged more, where I would find certain things, and so on. Usually people just tell you the basics which I guess I am taking for granted these days.

There's no restaurant/bar inside the hotel although advertised as such. Had to go to the one next door. I specifically booked this one for having everything because I was traveling alone and I had some annoying flight delays to deal with.

Location is a bit sketchy.

✈️ When late-night plane maintenance unexpectedly turned into an overnight airport stay, I searched for the closest hotel with the best reviews. Turns out… the reviews were right.

From the moment I walked through the doors, Ryan welcomed me with genuine kindness, a smile, and even offered a toothbrush and deodorant so I’d be ready for the morning. It’s the little things that become big things after a travel hiccup.

I woke up to the same level of hospitality from Shawntay at the front desk, and Travis, the shuttle driver, made the ride back to the airport just as pleasant. Their smiles and kindness turned a frustrating travel delay into a surprisingly refreshing experience.

Sometimes the best part of an unexpected detour is the people you meet along the way. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with exceptional customer service near the airport, this is it. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great for flights
Pros:

Very close to the airport. The shuttle was excellent. Couldn't do breakfast because we left at 530. A grab and go breakfast for early departures would be great.

Comfortable and morning shuttle was on time and fast

Close to airport, came in at night and wanted to get some sleep before continuing early morning flight
