A beautiful hotel in a stunning location which would be perfect with the right disabled facilities.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive. We had an excellent breakfast up the road for £19 for 2! We did have Sunday lunch which I would describe as superb in terms of the actual food provided, the excellent service and good value for money.
Unfortunately we did not check that there was a walk in shower in our room before booking and the shower over the bath was not suitable for my husband who has Parkinson's Disease. However, before and after using the lovely Spa facilities we got round this issue by using the shower in the men's facilities. It would have been better though for there to have been a disabled shower where a carer could also support a disabled person.
I have been to your hotel before and absolutely love it! The location is also excellent.
We spoke with someone on reception regarding a disabled room and might consider this facility in the future.

We came to your hotel to celebrate my brother's 80th birthday and staying for two nights was an added treat.
I really liked the complimentary fruit, chocolates and water, thank you. The tea and coffee sachets were also good.
All in all a really wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff and stunning location. Can't wait to stay again!

Cons:

Whilst the shower over the bath was lovely for those who can manage this it did not meet my husband's needs due to his disability.

Very nice as always. but not all the information was available when booking.
Pros:

Golf, breakfast, dinner, bar.

Cons:

Because we booked with booking .com we could not use the discount on meals and the golf was not included. if only we had known we would have booked direct with the Hotel ,as it is was we spent £1800 . for 3 nights.

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was short. We hope to come back in the future 🤞
Pros:

We was blessed with beautiful weather, which allowed us to enjoy the garden setting and the views. The staff were really friendly and polite.

Cons:

My wife was hoping to get a treatment in the spa, but unfortunately they were fully booked. It appears they only have limited rooms and therapists. Which is a shame, I hope they look to expand this part of the spa.
This Is not a complaint.

Pros:

Stunning location, very comfortable room/ bed, fridge in cupboard handy, clean, lovely staff, nice spa including heated outdoor pool, nice food, easy to get to places

Cons:

Being a bit nit picky here as it was lovely (dropped a point on scoring) -room was a bit pokey but bathroom was good, soft close toilet lid needed, room was quite warm even though we opened windows (end of Apr not that warm outside), some noise from guests in the garden below at one point & smokers fumes coming into our room
