The outdoor pool is closed between 1st October & 30th April yearly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

We had exemplary service our whole stay. Any questions we had were answered with ease and were always greeted around the property by every member of staff. Food was delicious and all parts of the hotel and spa were spotless. Facilities were well maintained even in the “winter” months.
Food was slightly on the pricey side, meaning we only had a light lunch one day out of our stay, however the food we did have was delicious and and well presented
We booked a spa day and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of parking, including a charging point for my car. Check in was easy, facilities were all in good condition; pool, hot tub, loungers etc. The full body massage by Annabel was excellent and lunch with a beautiful view was perfect. The only small niggle is that the changing rooms are tiny and there is only one loo and one shower. Other than that a perfect relaxing day.
Carlyon Bay is a great hotel to visit with superb views, easy access to the coast path and a lovely lounge and restaurant. A great place for a 3 night stay

Had a 2 night DBB stay in Feb. Room sumptuous. Welcome delightful. Restaurant lovely, food delicious. My specific food requirements were accommodated without fuss. Staff were efficient, friendly & fast! Ethan deserves a Special mention as does Josh (AManager). We felt valued & spoiled.
Indoor pool was perfect for our needs & we thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to relax with a drink over a game of scrabble in the comfortable lounge area.

Would highly recommend this hotel, Excellent evening meals, great choices for breakfast .Rooms very clean and good decor. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful, from the reception/ doormen to the restaurant staff. Enjoyed the pre meal canapés and coffee with chocolate after the meal in the lounge.Half term activities for the children, exceptional, well planned and organised.
We visited overnight. Room cosy and spotlessly clean. Service from staff amazing - customer focussed, attentive and unobtrusive. So refreshing not to see staff on their phones like you do in so many hospitality establishments these days.
