For me, it is a content stay. However, some friends of mine encounted thiefs in the city.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent. The air conditioning in our room was adequate. The hotel even kept the air conditioner running before we arrived, how wonderful in this hot summer.
The breakfast was more than adequate. You could choose whatever you liked. Whenever some dishes of food were empty, they would be refilled almost immediately. Besides, the attendants were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Like most hotels in Venice, the view from window was limited. Moreover, the hotel did not provide any Do Not Disturb sign. Of course, if we were still in our room we could refrain from any unnecessary disturbance, unless we needed to change linen or additional toilet paper.

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Alles war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt um die Ecke vom Markusplatz.

Pros:

La camera è spaziosissima con un grande bagno finestrato. Colazione internazionale sia dolce che salata, ma la cosa più bella è che è situato dietro piazza San Marco in una zona elegantissima. Consigliatissimo
