très bonne expérience ravi de ma réservation mais 2 petites choses qui aurait pu être mieux
Pros:

l'emplacement est top et le personnel aussi je vous recommande fortement cet établissement.

Cons:

on ne pas dire que l'on a pas apprécié mais il y avait de l'eau dans la moquette a l'entrée de notre chambre... certainement une fuite mais d'où ça venait ca ???? et puis les fenêtres fermaient très mal donc on entendait le bruit de la rue .. heureusement nous étions au 4eme étage 😉

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, но к сожалению это все плюсы. Номера старые, уставшие, в последнюю ночь сломался кондиционер (который и так скрипел и дышал на ладан). Завтраки очень скудные и невкусные.

Un’ottima esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare qui con il nostro team Biennale.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, camere pulite e di ottimo livello.

Cons:

Le Junior Suite sembrano essere un po’ diverse l’una dall’altra, quindi è difficile sapere in anticipo quale tipo di camera verrà assegnato. Nel complesso, comunque, sono tutte più che accettabili.

Gostei da localização, café da manhã também é bom.

Cons:

Quarto muito ruim, carpete sujo e manchado, desnível no piso, o quarto tinha uma inclinação no piso. Colocaram um edredom sujo de sangue no quarto, ar condicionado pingando água.
Me senti insegura neste hotel. Sumiu roupa da minha mãe e minha filha adolescente foi abordada por um homem no elevador, que ficou por mais de 40 minutos na escada aguardando que ela saísse do quarto. Quando ele me viu saindo do quarto com ela, desceu as escadas correndo. Não tem câmeras de vigilância e a porta não tem fechadura confiável. Enfim, valor muito alto para um hotel ruim, sem conforto e sem segurança.

Idéal pour visiter Venise
Pros:

Chambre assez spacieuse donnant sur la rue, nous avons dormi 3 nuits, nous n'avons jamais eu de bruit. Petit déjeuner correct.
Hôtel très bien situé à 200 m de la place St Marc et 150 m du vaporetto.
Possibilité de se restaurer juste en face de l'hôtel. Personnel agréable et attentionné.

Cons:

Des boissons dans le frigo serait un plus. Mais nous avons demandé à l'accueil qui nous a fourni le nécessaire.

The decor, the location. It was so very Venetian and beautiful. The hotel seemed soaked in history.
