แจ้งตั้งแต่ทำการจองว่าขอ early check-in / พอได้อีเมล์ยืนยันการจองที่พักปุ๊บ เราก็โทรไปหา รร เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าได้รับคำขอของเราแล้ว พนงบอกว่ารับทราบแล้วค่ะ สามารถ early check-in ได้ เราก็เลยสบายใจ / เมื่อถึงวันเข้าพักก็โทรไปราวๆ เที่ยงว่าขอ check-in ก่อนบ่าย2สะดวกมั้ยคะ พนงแจ้งว่าตอนนี้แขกกำลังทยอย check-out เลยบอกไปว่างั้นจะแวะทานข้าวกลางวันก่อน คงไปถึงสัก 13.00น. ขอ check-in บ่ายโมงได้มั้ย พนงบอกว่า "ได้เลยค่ะ" //ปรากฏเมื่อไปถึงบ่ายโมงนิดๆไปที่counter แขกบางท่านที่ทำรายการไล่เลี่ยกันและบางท่านมาทำรายการทีหลัง check-in ได้ห้องเลย แต่พนงบอกว่ากรุ๊ปเรายังไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ค่ะ เราก็งงทำไมคนอื่นได้เลย (บางท่านก็มาเป็นคณะหรือครอบครัวเช่นกัน) // นี่เลยบอกไปว่า ก่อนเข้ามาก็โทรมาถามแล้วนะคะ พนง ที่รับสายยังบอกว่า "ได้เลยค่ะ" ปรากฏว่าพนง (ไม่ทราบว่าคนเดียวกันกับที่รับโทรศัพท์หรือไม่) บอกว่า "ที่แจ้งว่า ได้เลยนั้น หมายความว่าให้เข้ามา รร ได้เลยค่ะ แต่ถ้าห้องยังไม่พร้อมให้ check-in ลูกค้าก็ต้องนั่งรอที่ล็อบบี้ก่อนคะ" นี่งงเลย!? (นึกในใจว่า ถ้าต้องนั่งรอที่ล็๋อบบี้ คงไม่เรียกว่าearly check-inแล้วล่ะ) แต่ก็บอก พนง ไปอย่างสุภาพว่า รบกวนช่วยดูให้หน่อยนะคะ แม่พี่เหนื่อยมากแล้วอยากให้แกพัก เพราะเราทั้ง request และโทรมาแจ้งแล้ว ถ้าเช็คอินก่อนเวลาไม่ได้จริงๆก็ควรบอกเราตั้งแต่แรก เราจะได้พักระหว่างทางให้นานกว่านี้ แต่คุณบอกให้เข้ามาได้เลย เราก็มา และก็ไม่ได้เร็วเวอร์นะคะ เพราะก็บ่ายโมงแล้ว ..ปรากฏว่า พนง ที่ทำรายการให้เรายืนยันว่าไม่ได้ แต่อีกคนสะกิดแล้วก็ทำหน้าบุ้ยใบ้กัน แล้วก็ฉีกกระดาษเบอร์ห้องเดิมดังแคว่ก และจัดการให้แบบหน้าไม่ยิ้มแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับบึ้ง เสร็จแล้วยื่น key card ให้เราบอกแค่ว่าที่พักอยู่ด้านหลังค่ะ ไม่มีการชี้หรืออธิบายสถานที่/เวลาอาหารเช้าฯลฯแบบที่อธิบายกับ ลค ท่านอื่นๆที่ยืนทำรายการอยู่ข้างๆเรา // พอได้ key card เราก็ขอบคุณ แต่ก็ ขออนุญาตถามนิดนึงนะคะ เมื่อกี้ทำไมตอนแรกจึงไม่สามารถcheck-in ได้เหรอคะ?

Always look foward to our stay and have never been disappointed.
Pros:

Have visited many times in the past. It is one of my most favouite hotels, It is a beautiful, well-run hotel with friendly staff. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. The pool is always super clean and warm. It has a calm ambiance which is very relaxing.

Ein großzügiges und gut geführtes Hotel in Cha Am
Pros:

Das Methavalei ist ein gut geführtes Hotel im schönsten Teil von Cha Am mit Zugang/Beach Club zum breiten Sandstrand. Die Poollandschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön angelegt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet sogar Käse für die europäischen Gäste. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind renoviert und haben einen schönen großen Balkon.

Cons:

Es kommen viele Reisegruppen für eine Nacht ins Hotel, die jedoch immer sehr professionell betreut werden und somit selten störend wirken. Am Pool kann es allerdings voll werden.

Nice hotel for a holiday trip weekend to Cha-am
Pros:

Hotel fulfilled our expectations. Excellent location along Cha-am beach with a nice beach front. Two swimming pools. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The hotel is getting a little faded. Please do some renovations sooner than later.

ทำเลดีมาก ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ มีร้านอาหารทั่วไปอยู่หน้าหาด หาของกินไม่ยาก ตอนเช้าหน้ารร.มีร้านขายของฝาก มีที่นั่งเล่นหน้าหาดของรร.ไม่เสียเงิน ห่างจากจุดชมวิวชะอำประมาณ 1 กิโล ระหว่างทางตอนกลางคืนมีร้านอาหารให้เลือกกิน สำหรับอาหารเช้าดีมากมีให้เลือกเยอะเกินคาด นอกจากอเมริกัน breakfast ยังมีข้าวต้ม ข้าวผัด ขนมจีน แกงเขียวหวาน ทอดมันไข่กะทะ ก๋วยเตี๋ยว ขนมปัง ขนมจีบ ซาลาเปา ผลไม้สดเยอะ สลัด ขนมปัง ขนมเค้กให้เลือกเยอะ ที่ชอบที่สุดคือมีชาตรามือ ชงกันสดๆ กาแฟโบราณ อาหารเช้าอร่อย ใช้ของคุณภาพดี สะอาด ประทับใจกับอาหารเช้า ส่วนใครที่ชอบนั่งเก้าอี้ผ้าใบของชาวบ้านสามารถอุดหนุนได้ ตัวละ 30 บาท นั่งได้ 5 ชม. สำหรับห้องพัก เตียงนุ่มมาก กว้างขวาง amemity ครบ การบริการดี พนักงานตั้งแต่หน้าfront จนถึง แม่บ้านเต็มใจบริการและให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี
