Cons:

I was charged for 3 nights though I stayed for only one and treid to modify my reservation. The hotel said booking.com had to approve a chanhe in my reservation so I wouldn't be charged for 3 nights. Booking.com said the hotel manager needed to give approval not to charge my credit card for 3 nights. I spent lots of time on the phone with reps fro. Booking.com who were lovely, but no one would follow through to get the approval needed. I was overcharged and will never use booking.com to book a room with the Hilton again.

Frokostbuffeen var ikke spesielt innbydende når alt var pakket i plast og med papptallerkener og plastbestikk. Men pluss for vaffelmaskin!

Cons:

Bedre uvalg, og særlig ost. Men hvis hver osteskive hadde kommet i innpakning, så kan man like godt la være å tilby det.

Angry, for the effort your company made to $ gauge me.
Cons:

I was disgusted with the pay early check in policy, I have stayed at Hampton many times and this is the first time! Really, my empty room is available, only 1.5 hours early and you want to price gauge a return customer, as bad as airlines have go. You can bet this is something I evaluate before I make reservations again
