I was disgusted with the pay early check in policy, I have stayed at Hampton many times and this is the first time! Really, my empty room is available, only 1.5 hours early and you want to price gauge a return customer, as bad as airlines have go. You can bet this is something I evaluate before I make reservations again
Wow, to start off. I checked in on the Hilton app, and Shay asked for my ID and we walked right to our room. Check-in was quick and friendly. The lobby was well appointed, clean, and smelled fresh. The hallways and decor were top-notch. I was impressed with the water bottle filling machine and recycling bins in the ice room. Upon walking into our room, it smelled fresh, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The microwave and fridge were clean, and to top it all off, the coffee machine had plastic on it to assure its cleanliness and plenty of coffee and tea.
Moving into the sitting area, I noticed a huge spot on the couch. I called the front desk immediately to let them know it was there upon our arrival, so they would know we were not responsible for it. They told me it was noted. Within 5 minutes, there was a knock on the door, and two housekeepers and a supervisor came in and apologized about the spot. They took the sofa cushions and came back with another one. We were asked if we wanted to switch rooms. We were fine with the room. I’m telling this as not to bash this hotel, but to tell about how they care about their patrons. Thank you, Alberto.
Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and ample seating.
This hotel is in close proximity to the airport and several shops and places to eat.
I had a great night’s rest. It was quiet, and our bed was very comfortable. We will be back.
Welcoming staff! You could tell that it was a very good place to work. Everyone was very friendly and kind. We had just come back from a long trip to Germany and it was a nice place to relax before heading home.

Most importantly, Nichole at the front desk went SEVERAL EXTRA MILES, so to speak, to help me. I was tired flying in from the west coast, and — for the first time ever, since I am usually very careful — forgot my iPhone 15 in the rear seat of the taxi that brought me to the hotel. I was very frazzled and could not think clearly about what to do. Nichole suggested I call my phone and offered the use of hers. I called twice but it just went to my voicemail. Since I paid the driver electronically, I didn’t have a receipt or know the name of the driver. Nichole had the idea of calling the taxi dispatcher, and that person had the idea of tracking the credit card charge. Within half an hour the kind driver returned and Nichole connected me to him to receive it. Customer service like this is truly exceptional and truly deserves 10 stars.
Equally important, perhaps moreso to you, the room was large, new, clean, and comfortable: see photo below.
