Very nice
Pros:

I loved the esthetics!

Cons:

The bathtub drain plug was jinky and wouldn't come up with the normal pull on the faucet, so we had to manually lift it once the water stayed pooling up... gross for me (hopefully anyone really)

Hugo is always very kind and helpful at the front desk. This time we were honored to get the help of Amy! She is also kind and very professional. Thank you, Brian, for all of your help each time we visit. You run a tight and efficient ship!! 😁 The location for this hotel is perfect for walking. Briar Creek shopping has everything you need just a short 10 minute walk away. I have walked it often in rain, freezing temps and hot sunny days. I will definitely recommend this location... especially the excellent staff!!!

Great one night stay.
Pros:

Me and my coworker stayed here for one night for a conference near Chapel Hill. The area was nice and the hotel was clean and modern. The morning desk worker was very friendly. The breakfast was decent and there were a lot of options. They had oat milk available which was a plus for me! I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I was charged for 3 nights though I stayed for only one and treid to modify my reservation. The hotel said booking.com had to approve a chanhe in my reservation so I wouldn't be charged for 3 nights. Booking.com said the hotel manager needed to give approval not to charge my credit card for 3 nights. I spent lots of time on the phone with reps fro. Booking.com who were lovely, but no one would follow through to get the approval needed. I was overcharged and will never use booking.com to book a room with the Hilton again.
