Det er IKKE iorden når man forventer at helt almindelige regler, som de selv skilter og praler med, for herefter at måtte sande at rygning sker overalt inklusiv i lobby samt lounge området til stor gene for resten - ved henvendelse til personalet skete fortsat intet.

Kan ikke anbefales med med mindre man sætter pris på rygning.

All amenities were gone... health club, bar, lounge, horizon club. All gone because of the coronavirus, BUT they still charged me full price for “horizon club with river view” not happy! I used to like this hotel but the management really let me down and I feel used and abused. Never going back there again!

Pros:

This hotel is delightful from the minute you come through the doors. The lobby lounge area is enormous, elegant and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was expansive with fresh fruit, multiple juices and great variety in the cooked foods (though some hot foods were only just warm). The rooms were large with a lovely sitting area and a huge window to watch the light show on the mountains. The shower had nice water pressure and height. It is not a brand new modern hotel and we quite enjoyed the classic charm. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I had a dinner at hotel restaurant 1 floor
I invited a friend and She said the food we had was better than other days

We stayed at river view
At day time it was nothing to look outside
But at night wow there was an amazing lights show with whole mountain across the river
Haha

Sono 10 anni che in occasione dei miei viaggi di lavoro a Wenzhou soggiorno in questo hotel, come al solito non tradisce mai le aspettative, camere enormi, colazione ottima e con enorme scelta x tutti i gusti, il ristorante è anch’esso ottimo. Inoltre l’hotel dispone di una bella palestra, una piscina ed un centro benessere il tutto pulitissimo, efficiente e ultramoderno.

Pros:

The property is well maintained and have the international standard that we get out of China.
However the overall ambience and feel is lacking in warmth and cosiness. Not much of a entertainment in the hotel to keep us in the hotel .
The breakfast ends at 10 am sharp and the staff is too efficient in clearing the buffet - so feel a bit rushed . In all is a good hotel stay . Total I stayed 9 nights - comfortable .
