Wonderful hotel and staff. Good for family and business.
Pros:

Service people at Shangri-La are very good. Their attitude is we will try our best to meet your expectations but please be aware sometimes we can not and we are very sorry about that. Breakfast was good even though the selection was not as good as for example Shangri-La in Taipei.

Люксовый отель с шикарным видом и удобным расположением
Pros:

Шикарный вид из окна на город и Tokyo sky-tree. Прямо из окна 36 этажа окна мы наблюдали восход солнца над столицей - очень впечатляюще. Прекрасное расположение - между Гинза, Акихабара и императорским дворцом (все в пешей доступности) и рядом с Tokyo station (метро и вокзал, откуда в том числе отходят шинкансены. Очень удобно брать клубный номер - вечером включены закуски (= практически полноценный ужин, вино/шампанское и др. алкоголь), плюс отдельный завтрак без очередей и ожидания и afternoon tea (но его не посещали ввиду экскурсий).

Все отлично.

Incredible customer service!
Pros:

We have traveled quite a bit and this hotel provided the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! It’s a beautiful hotel and is conveniently located across the street from Tokyo station. Our room was spacious with a huge bed, views of Tokyo (we were on the 35th floor), a very nice bathroom, and the daily breakfast was incredible! The complimentary meet-and-greet provided to us upon arrival by limousine bus from airport and then helping us to find our train when departing Tokyo station was so incredibly helpful. You will not regret this stay,

A Tokyo Gem!!!
Pros:

Great location and superb hospitality from check-in to room stay.

Concierge was really helpful with directions and with your luggages. Huge shoutout to Riku at front desk for helping with super quick check-in and checkout.

The room was clean, super spacious and has great views. Most importantly the location is superb and you have great connectivity to wherever you want to go.
