Air conditioner worked perfectly a great location for everything you would want to experience in the area.
Of all the casino hotels in downtown Detroit greektown location wise is gonna always be the best choice but unfortunately there are construction going on a the omen b
The ottoman in our room was broke, the elevators took forever! When we checked out after waiting 20 mins on the 16th floor and 3 fully packed elevators stopped we decided to trek it down the stairs to check out. There’s also no microwave in the room, so I don’t get the convenience of the mini fridge if you can heat up your food…it was okay and a convenient location. Overall, I would not stay here again.
Great location and very nice place
Staff was extremely helpful. You could find someone to answer questions, or give directions, any time of the day or night.
Really good! Will stay next trip
Very nice hotel, walkable to baseball and hockey games. Staff were very friendly.
Construction around the property made it very confusing to find the entrance to the parking garage. Entire block of restaurants and shops just outside the property had the street tore up and was barricaded off. Room was nice with beautiful view of the city.
Everyone we encountered there was very nice. Brayden at the front desk went above and beyond. I was having trouble with my Detroit Tigers tickets on my phone. I could not get the barcode to show. The game was in three hours. He looked at my phone and fixed it in a couple of minutes. I really appreciate the extra helpful service. Everyone should be that nice in this world.
Only thing was no microwave to warm up any food, plus the bed was harder then i am use too.
Excellent hotel in the lively Greektown area of Detroit. Parking is free and plentiful. Lots of bars and eateries nearby. Comfortable, modern rooms, with hands-down the best shower that I can remember in a hotel for a long time!
Check in takes a long time. Lobby constantly smells like pot and cigarettes. Entire area around hotel is under major construction. Rooms clean, modern and spacious. Nice gym.
Place was ok, but not for the price. No room cleaning. Plus amenities charge came to over $900 for two nights. Plus, Greektown is being completely reconstructed, so place is pretty torn up…walking around fences everywhere.
Hotel is very nice, location is perfect to walk to the tigers games
Everything was great if I was to come back to Detroit this is a hotel I will pick
Very nice hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly
Room was very clean. Not many towels
I always really enjoy staying here. I wasn’t impressed this time by the length of time it took for the elevators. Check in was crazy and took an extended amount of time then continue to wait to get on an elevator. This wait was at all times not just at check in.
Also, I am for the using towels for the length of the stay, but could the room start off with a few more of each?
Everuthjng
We stayed on the 30th floor. The elevators worked great, parking was easy even with construction going on around the hotel, and the ESPN restaurant was our favorite. As far as gambling goes, we did not win but had a good time.
