Pros:

We arrived late and left early, but it was cozy, clean, everything worked, and the check-in was nice. Ownership has changed, so we were asked to pay even though we'd pre-paid, but they were very nice about realizing it was likely an error, encouraging us to call hotels.com, and sure enough hotels.com reimbursed us the money straight away, so no sweat. Friendly front office throughout.

Did not have any hand soap or dish soap. Had to go buy our own. Partially cleaned room and left no towels whatsoever. First room assigned to us was filthy.

Pros:

Though there were some problems this property is under New Management they have just been there a couple months and they're working on making corrections it was clean and very convenient to have a mini kitchen no it was lacking in supplies that's something they said they would take care of in the future and I also suggested that they put some plugs in that have USB ports on them

Staycation.
Pros:

The owner of the property was very friendly & helpful. She gave us great ideas on what to see, considering she's not from CO. I will be staying here again, next time I go back to the western slope. Coming up from the Denver area, I really felt at home. A very quiet & peaceful place to stay.

We arrived later at night than we expected and were tired and probably not in a great mood from a long travel day. Check in was efficient and front desk staff pleasant. Room was nicer, better than expected, met all of our needs. Price was excellent, compared to others in the area.
