What breakfast
The owner could have unlocked the door and allowed us to stay the hotel was locked
We did not yous the towels they where filthy and the room needs a lot of work on the rooms and the bathroom needs a lot of work on it the owner was very friendly
Did not enjoy the breakfast , over cooked and not freshly cooked and luke warm.
The cleanliness off the hotel very poor , it could do with a total revamp off the place , very bad smell though out the place.
Room was very stuffy even with the windows open
Convenient for where we wanted to go
The staff was very nice and the little boy very friendly and soft spoken, very respectful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Value for money. Would recommend a highchair for babies.
My mumbooked a hotel for 31st December to celebrate New Years with her partner, when they arrived they were told that aparently it was closed because of technical issues, but NO ONE warned her, when she tried to reach out and get a refund she was ignored and no one replied! She tried to reach them again but I she was blocked and no one answered the phone! Absolute dissapointment and such a poor approach to a custumer, no respect and no explanation. Payed 69£ and didnt get a refund.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Justine Martin robbed me out of £550 advanced rent and kicked me out a month early the owner of the gable end hotel was taking illegal drugs every day and abusing women for sex he stole my clothes technics Bluetooth earbuds and my new ford Kuga key hotel was never cleaned food was very poor
Nothing wouldn't let me in
Was told there was a water leak. Told to leave
Nothing
Was let into property and into room and whilst sleeping before going to work, owner burst into room demanding to know who I was and swearing at me and saying he is having issues and the booking was cancelled. Shouldn’t be allowed to be in booking.com a shocking hotel
We arrived at the hotel had to wait to be letting it was rather like arriving at the Addams Hotel. It was dark dingy, and really rundown. They couldn’t Wait to get the money off us. I had booked through Hotels.com, but was going to pay at the hotel
Nice location friendy helpfull staff
Room was a bit small ( it was the smallest in the hotel)
Interesting property. Upon arrival we were greeted with a charge for towels which was somewhat unexpected and a system whereby breakfast forms needed to be submitted the night before. Off road parking both on the drive of the property and on the adjacent street. The carpets on the stairs to our room were rather worn but the room itself was extremely spacious - very comfortable indeed. The shower although rather aged as effulgence and had good temperature. No amenities in terms of an on site bar and no evening meals, but the owner was very friendly and the hotel was great value
Limited Amenities - no bar, no real food other than breakfast. The property windows probably needed updating and thplae had a tired feel. Nevertheless pros outweighed the cons
We booked this hotel at the beginning of the year and spoken to the owner at the time, to ensure that we had the large bay windowed room over looking the sea front. this was promised and we paid for it.
When we arrived we were met by a person, who for the next hour told us nothing but lies, and we could only have a small room to the rear of the hotel, as out room had firstly a leak and then he changed his mind to something different. We asked for our money back only to be given the business card of the owner. We made 14 calls that day to him and send messages. Eventually he answered and told us to come back the next morning. However, that evening we travelled past the hotel and it was quite clear that they had double booked our room.
We went back to the hotel the next morning, only to be told that the owner wasn't there. Again, we requested that he call us immediately. It has not been several weeks and we have still not heard from the hotel. Luckily we paid on credit card and they have repaid us.
Due to the area being very busy we only stayed one night in Great Yarmouth and had to cut short out mini break.
The photos on line are nothing like the actual premises.
