Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile, sistemazione deludente!
Pros:

Il Chiostro è per me un punto di riferimento a Verbania ma questa volta non sono stato del tutto bene. La stanza era troppo piccola e lo stesso vale per la doccia che sembrava adatta ad un abile contorsionista. Lo staff è sempre una certezza per gentilezza e disponibilità.

Cons:

La stanza e la doccia erano troppo piccole.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - zentral - Alles ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

De totale accommodatie is prima en stijlvol met een zeer mooie binnentuin. Kamers comfortabel en schoon.
De historie van het gebouw krijg je ook mee.

Gute Lage,schöne Stadt mit kleinen Gassen. See traumhaft!
Hotel ist sauber,Garten wunderschön und viele Sitzplätze. Das Frühstück war immer gleich,aber es gab viel Auswahl,so dass man jeden Tag für sich unterschiedlich Essen zusammen stellen könnte.

Cons:

Leider zu wenig Platz oder Ablagefläche für eigene Sachen . Klima und Tür ins Badezimmer zu laut.

Adeguato - pulito e confortevole. Comoda la posizione.
Pros:

Buon Hotel con ottima posizione e comoda reception h24 che per me era fondamentale. Personale molto cordiale e piacevole, stanze grandi adeguatamente e ben pulite.

Cons:

La colazione non è delle migliori, e le stanze sono un po' obsolete.
