Nice and cozy room. Spacious Bathroom. Lighting should be better. The lack of an elevator could be a problem for travelers with heavy luggage. Breakfast was included in the rate, but their offer is minimal. If you want ham or bacon for your egg, you need to pay extra...
Basic accommodation but value for money.
Staff were super lovely: friendly and helpful. Attached tour desk was limited to expensive experiences, so would recommend reaching further afield to book tours, but the hotel did loan us some snorkelling gear for the days we wanted to self explore. Would recommend.
The Hotel Restaurant was excellent. Especially the evening meal.
The room wifi is only average.
I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it.

Everything worked like clockwork. We left some of our luggage 1 week ahead of our stay as we were flying to other islands and there were restrictions on the amount of luggage. The Melanesian hotel allowed us to store our luggage until our arrival! That’s great customer service. The room was clean, large, and comfortable!

Bar and dining areas need the times of operation clearly displayed. This will help in not stressing the staff out. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool is well maintained. Cocktails generous. Would recommend this property.

Very friendly staff. Lovely pool. Went to their Melanesian night which was excellent - including the BBQ (especially the steak). Nice air conditioned room with a comfortable bed. Marked down as there are areas that are a bit tired, however overall its clean and tidy.
