Le lit est confortable et le petit déjeuner assez bon
L’accueil est déplorable, vous devez payer pour tout.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et la personne de l’accueil ne savait même pas quand est-ce que y allait marcher il y en avait été indiqué au moment de la réservation ni à l’arrivée. La chambre n’était pas propre. La piscine est vraiment petite il n’y a pas d’espace commun agréable.
Breakfast service
Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall, despite its great location.
To start with, the check-in process was frustrating. The booking confirmation clearly stated that check-in begins at 2 pm, yet when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression.
Unfortunately, things didn’t improve during the night. There was a lot of noise in the corridors, with people shouting and knocking on doors, which made it very difficult to rest. It also felt like there was a lack of security or staff presence to manage the situation, which was concerning.
To make matters worse, when we wanted to contact reception, there was no visible phone number provided in the room, leaving us without an easy way to get assistance.
While the location of the hotel is definitely a strong point, the poor service and lack of organization made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.
