Valable pour une nuit de passage
Pros:

Le personnel de la reception au top, avenant réactif , aimable. J’ai fait une demande spécifique pour la chambre qui a pu être prise en compte et j’ai vraiment apprécié cela.
La propreté de la salle de bain et les étagères présentes pour poser nos affaires de toilette .

Cons:

Le ménage était partiellement fait. Nous avions une chambre triple constituée de deux lits simples et par dessus un lit superposé. Au delà de l’échelle menant à ce lit en hauteur, le ménage n’a pas été fait depuis longtemps : poussière au sol et sur les plinthes ainsi que cendre de cigarettes. Cela juste au pied de mon lit et de ma table de chevet.
Il faut vraiment que le personnel d’entretien fasse son travail de nettoyage à fond et pas partiellement ! C’était vraiment écoeurant de voir cette saleté à quelques centimètres de ma tête pour dormir.
Autre problématique :
Nous savons que ces hôtels première classe ne sont pas du tout isolés ; nous acceptons le bruit normal causé le matin par les clients quittants tôt leur chambre; par contre, lorsque vous avez apposé sur votre porte le panneau NE PAS DERANGER , cela est assez explicite et les hommes et femmes de ménage ne devraient pas passer 10 min à causer dans leur téléphone personnel et avoir des conversations non urgentes avec leurs proches. Ils sont au travail et en faisant cela ils dérangent les clients qui souhaitent encore se reposer et dormir !
Il serait bon de leur rappeler certaines règles de bienséance.!! Je n’ai pas été contente de cela.
