Served its purpose as visiting pavilion for a conference
Pros:

Adequate to our needs would have liked more choice on meal menu . Would be better if breakfast included All the coffee we tried was lukewarm and un@ble to drink we feel ther3 was a fault with machine which we reported to waitress but too late and spoilt the breakfast .

Loved Llangollen even with visiting off season hotel could have done better.

The young staff did their best but the level of service wasn’t of the quality expected. Suggest doing more training. The young employees seemed to defer to senior staff all the time.

The breakfasts were no worth the cost better value in town. Having individual plastic cheeses no a good look

Cleaning of rooms should have been automatic hitel had it has an option on request.

The taxi numbers in the welcome book need updating as a few arent working and we couldnt even get a taxi from the town to the hotel

The location and environment is ok. I enjoyed the bathroom.

The room looks ordinary, carpets old and wifi reception non existence. The dinner was a disaster, having paid for a three course meal for two.
