Will be back to stay. Beautiful hotel, staff, breakfast and location.
Pros:

I loved the location, the staff were all friendly, the hotel grounds were beautiful and everything was lovely.

Cons:

The spa. It was pretty, but not very clean in the spa itself. Everything else was beautiful.

Ridiculous price hike with no extras.
Cons:

Room and tiny bed (standard double). No aircon and more fans should (more than one small one) had been provided. Horrendous inflated price due to local events. For the ridiculous hike in cost, portable aircon units should had been available at the least. If you are going to rip people off like ourselves who took the cost on the chin due to the concert, then at least go the extra mile to make things more comfortable for such guests during a heatwave!!

Good location, plenty of free car parking at hotel, nice food and friendly staff.
Pros:

Door from room to outdoor seating area. Good bar and resturant. Food was lovely. Spa was nice but small.

Cons:

No pool for swimming.

We arrived late and the reception staff ignored us then said could we wait. Generally staff were rather disinterested and I noticed much complaining at having to wait.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice but personally the cooked breakfast was a bit small 1 item of each is a bit small !

Pros:

Very warm and friendly welcome. Fantastic location in town.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was average I’m sad to say. Too
Much like Premier inn. Expected better as my evening meal was very good.
