Location, and plenty of parking
Inexperienced staff didn't really know what was going on.
Room was freezing when I got there, single glazing throughout this hotel.
The room itself was dated and the furniture cheap and nasty, it's like the Range had a sale on in 2010.
Breakfast was abysmal, expensive at £15, for the full cooked breakfast this got you a very small portion, 1 sausage, 1 bacon 1 egg etc.
Evening meals and drinks again expensive, 4 quid for a tin of coke, food was average at best, not worth the money.
It was generally very disappointing and not worth the money.
Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was really, really poor for the price, the fruit/cereal's/bread were all fine, the breakfast itself was tiny, poorly cooked, and premade, was a real disappointment.
Staff were not helpful, and slightly rude, bringing wrong food out, then trying to charge for it.
Selection of drinks was limited, and lots ran out.
The whole thing was first class.
Nothing
Lovely hotel, staff and spa
Couldn’t fault it really
The location, the beautiful flowers outside, the spa
N=A
The lady on reception on Easter Sunday (afternoon) went above and beyond to resolve not one but two issues. All staff are a credit to the hotel. Best customer services I have experienced in a long time.
The spa was an added bonus at discounted rates for residents however the spa jacuzzi was really cold and noticed by other users. But this didn’t ruin my experience
Great location, lovely hotel, friendly very helpful staff. Room was beautiful Berwyn suite , spa was lovely worth £10 charge. Food was lovely. Had a Lovely time will definitely go back x
Quiet place, stunningly clean, the best part the spa and the staff being accommodating, food is beautiful, too.
Toilet flush malfunction but not a big deal, was offered a different room straightaway 😉
Lovely location, easy to get to even if you arrive by bus like we did, only about a five minute walk from the bus station. Really nice room (we had the standard twin) with a lovely view of the gardens. Good breakfast buffet and really nice staff, overall a really good experience and I would definitely come back!
The vegetarian breakfast could be a bit more balanced, one more hash brown and sausage to balance out the greens and mushrooms, but otherwise very good!
Great location just a short walk into town. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We chose the discount offered on breakfast and it was good. Staff were helpful with allergies. Good nights sleep.
The place is in very nice surroundings but I have paid to sleep in a urinated bed l would prefer to stay in a bus shelter to be honest what a shambles of a place shocking place
The place is very quiet but a shit hotel
It was DOGGY FRIENDLY and we had a room with private back entrance very useful. Food was great , staff very helpfull.
They do offer extra benefits if you book direct but wasn't told until after i booked through booking.com
The breakfast & location we’re first class
Nothing at all
just room is was ok
it needs money spending on the inside
Breakfast. Grounds. Bar service.
Checkin, Spa booking was a little more complicated than it needed to be.
Temperature of spa pool and room was a little cold.
Location was great
The dust in the room all around my radiator. and the shower had a big gap so water went on bathroom floor and it was very slippery..
There was a kind Receptionist who was aware that I had injured my back.
She came to my room to check how I was,she could not of been more helpful.
Please can you pass my biggest thank you to such a kind and thoughtful lady.
