Really enjoyed our stay it was a very much needed break .
Pros:

Good menu choice, buffet was well stocked. Very friendly staff. Food was well cooked and hot when it arrived at the table portion size was good .

Cons:

Would have liked the tea coffee replenished in the room automatically each day . Had to ask at reception
they were always very accommodating but it would have been nice to have them there .

Pros:

Nothing, they are heartless people wrapped up in their corporate world.

Cons:

Management and corporate staff, they have no feeling or empathy for the local people who, for the greater good, give up their time to make Llangollen great. All these people want is your money, and more ot your money… relentless money seekers.

Tranquil and beautiful. Comfortable spa area and a delicious meal in the conservatory of the restaurant.
Pros:

The spa area is truly relaxing. The restaurant conservatory setting was amazing for a delicious evening meal and wine.

Cons:

Hot rooms even when it was only 12* outside, but a small fan is provided.

Great stay at Wild Pheaeant
Pros:

Great location, clean, nice staff, comfortable beds, spa

Cons:

Breakfast is served from 08.00am at weekends which means if you want an early start to your activities in and around LLangollen ( which is usually the case for our activities ) then you sadly have to eat elsewhere, in the week breakfast is served earlier
