Lovely and comfortable room, nice quiet spa area.
Nothing
Location was perfect. Breakfast was good
It would be nice if the hotel had a swimming pool
The venue and facilities nice
Rooms were so hot, no AC, windows locked
Had to sleep in van as the room was an oven
Great location. Friendly staff.
The spa didn`t open until 10am in the morning so with checking out at 11am we were unable to use the facility which was our main reason for choosing the hotel
Excellent breakfast pleasant staff. A lovely experience.
Location parking good for accessing Eisteddfod and Llangollen town.
Room was very hot on our return to hotel in the evening. We realise that it was 33degrees heat outside and a sheet of paper was handed to us to explain that on our check in.Unfortunately we did not read the info until following day therefore when we came back in the evening found the room to be unbareably hot with the blinds drawn and the windows shut.We did however manage to get to sleep eventually.Maybe if at reception we would have been told that someone would be checking the room and closing the windows it would not be such a shock on our return. When we left earlier the windows had been left open and the blinds were open. The Wild Pheasant is a lovely hotel to stay in we have stayed here many times before, but we did feel a little disgruntled about this situation.Communication is the key.😘
Full welsh breakfast which was excellent.
