Location was excellent walked right out to the beach. Our room was right on the beach. Parking was great. Didn’t have to fight traffic. We were just tucked away right on the beach. It was amazing.

Cons:

The condos were outdated the lighting was out in a little rundown, but very clean and comfortable

Great location, good size VERY outdated and in much need of repairs/updating
Pros:

The location and size of the room. The bed was very comfortable Have a washer/dryer in the room was very helpful

Cons:

SPBC NEEDS to put money into the place!!!! Our original room (305) had no a/c. The staff knew this all day, yet they tried to put us in there. We were moved to rm 201, but didn’t get settled in until 9:00. We arrived at 5:30. Also, one of the toilets didn’t work 1/2 the time, the shower curtain only covered the middle area, the couch is VERY uncomfortable and stained. The chairs on the balcony are old and small. And the TV remotes work when they choose too.

Pros:

Close. Clean. Fair price, spacious

Cons:

Not enough towels. Room phone didn't work. Balcony was sketchy as there are soft spots. Didn't spend much time out there which was a big bummer!

Disappointing and disgusting. The fact that this is being listed is stealing peoples money and ruining vacations.
Cons:

The smell was horrible, there were bugs in the kitchen, 4 inside lights were burned out, the patio light burned out, the twin room had dust hanging off the fan, the bed frames had an inch of dust on them, mattresses were too small for the box frames so if you sat down to put on a pair of shoes or leaned on the bed, the mattresses would slide off, the sink stopper in the master bedroom was broken, causing the sink to fill up every time you tried to use it, the toilet was broken and had to have the lid removed and to pull the chain by hand to flush it, the living room wall something running down it that had dried to the wall.
I contacted the office and they said they would send a cleaner out and address the issues and everything I just listed was still the same when I returned after the cleaner had come. The only way I knew someone had been there is because we had fresh towels.
