Selected this hotel for a family weekend out but totally disappointed
Pros:

First of all the booking system also well faked on not showing or warning that my booking didn’t included the breakfast. My bad experience started there

Cons:

My room was only provided one bath/face towel for 3of us, shower shampoo bottle and hand wash dispenser both was empty. Totally not expected this type of services from a five star hotel my second room also no conditioner in the dispenser totally disappointed we book this hotel for a family weekend out but never book again or recommend to anyone unless they totally improve
