Cons:

The front office day Manager had no customer service, problem solving or communication skills. I asked for help and he basically told me not to argue with him. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she solved my problem in a few minutes. I thanked her and told her about her manager’s response.

Nothing went well. The rooms were disappointing.

Cons:

The reception staff needs some more training. They charged our guest, who arrived first. We had provided details of our AMEX credit card before hand.
Nobody even bothered to ask us before charging our guests.

The girls at the reception and at the restaurant were courteous

Cons:

The reception staff MANISH was arrogant and not fit to be in the front office. While checking out we asked him for a bottle of water he told go to restaurant and get yourself this was early morning at 5:30 Am

Ok but not great !!
Pros:

Cons:

1) no windows could open to let in fresh air.
2) shower head was broken and could not stay up in Room 1403
3) Wi fi was very poor and erratic.
4) lifts were very few and far between.

One night in Coxhin

Nothing. The room was tiny for a deluxe category. The staff were rude and unfriendly. Except for the bellboy that was mute. He was so friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff and Manager are liars they changed their stories during check in and when checking out they try to scam you for more money. This is one hotel I will never ever book again and would not recommend. I have stayed in Radisson Blu in South Africa and other countries and it was a totally different experience. I thought Radisson Blu in Cochin will be of similar standard therefore I booked this hotel.

Cons:

The room was very tiny barely enough for one person. The room was not very clean. I sprayed the bed with linen spray but was still bitten on my legs. It was a really unpleasant experience never to be repeated

The rooms are in good condition. Some lamps are so old that after turning off the glow light is on, I didn't sleep all night. Hot water burns, it is impossible to adjust for warm water, the taps do not work. Under the dirty, I was wearing white socks and they turned gray after walking around the number. The accessories in the room are very old and look dilapidated.
