Pros:

Rooms and facilities are really good

Cons:

I had forgot my charger in the room, and when I sent my friend to check it, they said it was not found. I was 100% sure the charger was plugged in the socket and forget to take it with me. So make sure to take all the belongings with you while you leave, or else you might not get it back.

Excellent facility in Ernakulam city
Pros:

Over all the stay was good. Excellent breakfast. They got some good pubs on top with some good quality food. I would strongly recommend that. about 30 meters you have Kochin metro also. This hotel is located right at the city center only.

Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience at check-in. After completing the check-in process, the front desk staff informed us that the swimming pool was not functional. This information was not disclosed on any third-party booking platforms, and we were charged the full room rate that included access to the pool. Despite this inconvenience, no alternative facility or compensation was offered. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was extremely disappointing.
