Vriendelijkheid personeel, aardige portier ook!

De eerste dagen koude douche, later wel verholpen.
Bij een vraag/ verzoek , werd beloofd het komt goed, maar je weet eigenlijk niet wanneer.
De airco kon alleen maar loeihard en was een zeer stoffig ding.

Overall a pleasant stay with shops and restaurants within walking distance

The staff very helpful in the lobby and the restaurant

Cons:

Had an issue with bed initially, following day our room was upgraded for free.
Only other issue was water leaking through the bottom of the shower door

The front office day Manager had no customer service, problem solving or communication skills. I asked for help and he basically told me not to argue with him. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she solved my problem in a few minutes. I thanked her and told her about her manager’s response.

Nothing went well. The rooms were disappointing.

Cons:

The reception staff needs some more training. They charged our guest, who arrived first. We had provided details of our AMEX credit card before hand.
Nobody even bothered to ask us before charging our guests.
