Good location, but the room cleaning needs to be improved
Pros:

The menu breakfast was good, buffet was just so-so.

Cons:

There were dead bugs on the ceiling when we walked into our room, as well as on the headboard. The window sill and the curtain facing the window also had dead bugs. The window was dirty too. The front desk person offered to give me extra IHG points but I don't see that that has happened yet. He also offered us another room, but beings it is lakeside and people leave the balcony door open, there will be bugs, but I would think housekeeping would take care of that before another party stays in that room. It was gross! I cleaned up the ceiling and headboard myself. The shower head is terrible for a hotel room!

Pros:

I liked that we were right on the water!

Cons:

It was a little frustrating having to take the only front desk person away from their post to help us look through the clothes. We wanted to buy something but our sizes were not available. We had to go through each pile. It would be nice to have a gift shop with clothes racks.

Fun & comfortable- we would stay here again!
Pros:

Very nice hotel located right on the beach. Many breakfast choices.
Soothing hot tub.

Cons:

More than one elevator would make coming & going quicker. Breakfast buffet should be a free continental breakfast since there is a menu for a hot freshly made breakfast at a cost.

When making the reservation I asked for extra towels & received a reply that we would be given extra towels. But, there were 4 of us & only 3 bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. Also, the toilet flushed extremely slowly.
