Nach einem langen Tag auf der Messe (Internorga), konnte man hier wunderbar entspannen .
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. die Lage ist gut mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und der Nähe zum Tierpark Hagenbeck. Das Zimmer (Suite) war absolut super!!!

Hatte ich deutlich besser in Erinnerung
Pros:

Frühstück ok, aber es wurde ab 8:30 nicht mehr nachfüllt, harte Brötchen, keine Auswahl an Brötchen nur eine Kaffemaschine, keine Bedienung am Tisch

Cons:

Dusche hat kein wirkliches heisses Wasser, Klima Anlage laut, man hört das Wasser laufen aus anderen Zimmer. Parken 26,00€???

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel, etwas außerhalb, aber mit guter Verkehrsanbindung von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Die Brötchen beim Frühstücksbuffet haben uns qualitativ nicht überzeugt.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Flair. Sehr sauber und sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es wird selbst noch sehr spät alles bei frisch angerichtet

Cons:

Es gab leider kein smart TV auf unserem Zimmer. Außerdem wurde in Saunabereich für mehrere Stunden die Ruhezone gesperrt. Ein no Go für Sauna Liebhaber

Es war toll und wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel besitzt richtig Charme. Lobby, Bar und Restaurant strahlen eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer und die Größe war völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr große und schmackhafte Auswahl und nach einem vollen Tag, mit Sightseeing, bummeln und Hafenrundfahrt, konnten wir abends in der Bar, mit einer tollen Barkeeperin ;-), noch schön entspannen.

Super Personal, leckeres Essen.
Mini Abzüge für zu wenig ablage im Schrank bei längerem Aufenthalt. Trotzdem volle Bewertung da Personal Überdurchschnittlich gut.

Tolle Familienauszeit!

Direkt am Tierpark. Sehr nettes Personal und ein super Fitness- und Wellness-Bereich. Frühstück 1a :-) Mega kinderfreundliches Hotel und angeschlossenes Restaurant
