Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Freundliche Ansprache, proaktiv auf den Gast zubekommen. Das Frühstück ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Parken ist sehr teuer, allerdings ist er auch Video überwacht und abgeschlossen. In der Nähe gibt es Parkplätze an der Straße.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die besondere Atmosphäre bezogen auf den benachbarten Tierparkt erfreut uns immer wiede.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Preisleistung war stimmig.

Cons:

Auswahl beim Abendessen sehr begrenzt und leider etwas teuer. Nur ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon. Leider keine begehbare Dusche.

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal, gute Anbindung an die Öffis.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Ambiente, wir waren in Afrika untergebracht.
Tolles Frühstück, reichhaltig, tolle Auswahl.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Die Anbindung zur S-/U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke, 5 Minuten Gehzeit.
Das Volksparkstadion ist gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuss, wenn man gerne läuft.

Hamburg ist immer eine Reise wert und wir kommen auch wieder gerne vorbei.
Pros:

Nutzen der Minibar anstatt Zimmerreinigung ist ein gute Idee. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut. Das Personal ist soweit zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Am Montag war zu wenig Personal beim Frühstück. Der Kollege beim Omelettebraten hatte dadurch einen spröden Charme. Beim Auffüllen der Verpflegung kam es auch zu Engpässen.
