Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet,genau wie die Küche am Abend.Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.Wenn man in den Park möchte,gibt es noch einen Rabatt,wenn man die Karten an der Rezeption kauft.Auch die U-Bahn hält praktisch vor der Tür,so das auch ein St.Pauli/Hafen-Besuch leicht gemacht wird.

Cons:

Ich hätte bei Deluxe-Doppel einen kleinen Balkon erwartet und die Zimmer so direkt über der Gastro und dem Biergarten und zur Hauptstraße raus fand ich auch nicht so toll,aber für 2 Nächte halfen die Ohrenstöpsel.Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht individuell einstellen,so daß ich nur die Karte rausnehmen konnte,dann hatte man kein Licht in der Nacht.Wir waren einen ganzen Tag im Tierpark,deshalb bot es sich an,direkt nebenan im Hotel zu übernachten. Ich würde es wieder tun😃

Den Service muss man hervorheben. Überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem und hatten innerhalb von 5 Minuten ein neues Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und frisch.

Heiße Nacht, aber nur wegen der Temperaturen
Pros:

Detr Empfang war sehhr freundlich. Aufgrund der geschäftlichen Verpflichtungen war ein Late Ceckout notwendigm dieser Wunsch wurde sofort und sehr entgegenkommend erfüllt. Frühstück ab 6.30h war sehr gut, aufgrund der terminlichen Notwendigkeiten.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft, über Nacht niedrigere Temperaturen als 26,5 Grad Celsius zu erreichen, das ist weder zeitgemäss nch einer angenehmen Nachtruhe dienlich und war ein erheblicher Faktor zur Trübung des eigentlich guten Gesamteindrucks
