The room, I think we might got upgrade as the room was huge and had everything we can need. Also I like decor in the room

Pros:

Dejligt hotel, søde og smilende personale, perfekt beliggenhed til Tierpark Hagenbeck.

Cons:

Middag i restauranten var en lidt kedelig oplevelse, det gør vi ikke igen. Absurd lang ventetid på både hovedretter og desserter, børnedrink blev glemt af flere omgange.
