Pros:

Ms.Lashaun was extremely nice. The room was very clean, but I could not turn on living room tv and also called twice for assistance.

Lashaun made my experience very pleasant and I would go back and/or call her just to support me.

Pros:

The staff was the best part about my stay, they all seemed happy to be at work and happy to help when needed, Seriously I think a raise should be given they were that dang amazing.

Cons:

The plugs in our room didn’t work aided for the ones by the tv, our blanket had an orange food stain on it with a piece of food dried in the center, there is literally painting tape pilling off the living room wall after a very noticeable lazy paint job, and the sink leaks water from the right nob, and the shower head was hard to adjust like it mad stuck

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to Uber to Little Caesars Arena and back with little trouble and it was not too expensive. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons:

The parking situation was confusing for first time guests, with the location it was difficult to park on the street while checking in and inquiring about parking options so we ended up paying $40 to park in the lot next to the hotel. Knowing this, we will be able to avoid that next time.
