Pros:

Fantastic location, very centrally. The staff were very helpful at orientating us and suggesting must see highlights in the city. We paid extra for the parking which worked well. The breakfast was great and we particularly appreciated the gluten free breakfast provided for 2 of our party who are Coeliac.

Great location but a bit noisy
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was not only super tasty, it was also “made to order” and brought to your table each morning.

Cons:

It was very noisy. Not only because of traffic sounds from the nearby street but you could also hear people going in and out of the rooms, and even the reception staff talking in the morning(!)

Fantastyczny pobyt, bardzo życzliwy personel. Super lokalizacja. Polecam serdecznie!
Pros:

Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie - przede wszystkim bardzo życzliwy i pomocny personel, miła atmosfera. Lokalizacja super - bardzo blisko historycznego centrum, odgrodzone od głównej ulicy, więc nie było hałasu. Obiekt bardzo czysty, zadbany. Codziennie pokój był sprzątany, wymieniano ręczniki i pościel. Dobra i smaczna oferta śniadaniowa z opcją bezglutenową, co było dla nas ważne. Podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem, wszyscy byli bardzo wyrozumiali i zostaliśmy umieszczeni w skrzydle, gdzie mieliśmy spokój, a inni goście mogli mieć spokój jeśli u nas było hałaśliwie :) Serdecznie polecam wszystkim ten obiekt. Jeśli tylko wrócimy do Palermo to na pewno wrócimy także do Hotelu Posta.

La posizione e la cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Bagno datato con piano lavabo pieno di polvere, letto fatto male, lenzuola corte e bucate, il copriletto era un lenzuolo ad una piazza posizionato dalla parte lunga, camera fredda, termosifoni spenti pompa di calore non funzionante, ci siamo scaldati con i phon, uno in camera uno in bagno, inoltre sia in camera che nei corridoi imperversa un nauseante odore di fogna.

Hotel viejo y descuidado, las fotos no representa la realidad de las habitaciones, colchones incómodos, cama doble formada por dos individuales juntas sin unir, baño viejo y anticuado... mal olor en el pasillo de planta 1... muy caro por lo que ofrecen...
