Excelente!!! Volveré.
Pros:

El hotel es excelente. Es su rango cumple con creces todo y más como se describe en booking. Todo es fidedigno. No como otros que las fotos o la descripción engañan
Es un tres estrellas bien definido. No es pretencioso. Es correctísimo en su rango. Diria que excelente. No pretende ser más. La excelencia es para el número de estrellas que se lo contrata. La limpieza e higiene es perfecta. El desayuno es exquisito. La pasticceria más rica de Sicilia la probé en este hotel. El personal es un 10. Preparadísimos. Es un placer verlos trabajar en equipo a la hora del desayuno, sincronizados. Formados. Aquí nada es improvisado ni al azar. Además un plus muy grande en esta región de Italia: todos hablan español. Todos se formaron en distintas partes de España y eso es increíble dado que aquí solo se habla italiano y con suerte un poco de Inglés. Todos son un encanto pero mención especial y aplauso de pie para Davide. Realmente un genio!!! Felicitaciones al hotel!!! Volveré.

Special kudos to Davide for his support and overall great personnel, they were very helpful and managed to deal fast with an issue I had on the initial room they gave me. Old fashioned hotel but in a good way ;)

Le personnel est super gentil.
L'emplacement est au top pour ensuite aller visiter.
Le parking payant mais hyper pratique vous déposez la voiture devant l'hôtel et il gère pour vous

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Helped us with a guide of where to go and what to do as well as accommodating our luggage. Breakfast was lovely and service impeccable.

Cons:

Shower room and shower head could have been better - a little cramped and small but more annoyingly the shower head would not remain in place. Nothing that would put us off revisiting however.

The room was great, it was hard to find but with a call to the front desk the guy came out and helped us find it. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was so good.
