Good friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. Due to off season, restaurants and bars closed but knew this at time of booking.

The worst hotel. Not recommended. The water is sometimes red
We were nearly only guests in that big hotel. So it was quite peceful. Huge swimming pool surrounded by palm trees just for us. But on the other hand the swimmig pool was not perfectly clean and other facilities not available, e.g. restaurant, bar, because of the lack of guests.

No drinking water to refill your bottle,dirty pool!(green water),no warm water in bathtube/shower, low pressure water, no free transport anywhere,not possible to stay extra 1 hour for free even though the hotel was empty, no breakfast avaiable, we didnt feel well there,not worth the money

As the hotel reopened after covid newly, few facilities like Hot water not available in bathroom, breakfast facility not opened yet.
The hotel offered decent amenities, though some areas could use a bit of improvement. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting basic expectations for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and helpful, though not particularly exceptional. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, though there’s room for small enhancements.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Angkor National Museum and a short tuk-tuk ride from Angkor Wat. This made it easy for me to explore the temples and other attractions in the area. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel lacked some of the amenities that I have come to expect from a 4-star hotel, such as a fitness center or spa. However, this was not a major issue for me as I was primarily focused on exploring the temples
The pool was big.
No restaurant no diner no breakfast and nothing close to eat
The room was clean
The level of maintenance was shocking. No hot water and an old loud mini fridge that was full of water. I arrived in my room which was in a separate building from the reception, I realized they didn't have the wifi password in the room. When I tried to use the phone to call reception, I realized it was just a prop phone which wasn't even plugged in to anything. The worst thing was that the smoke alarm was taped up and clearly not working.

I had a pretty good time at EG Paradise Angkor Villa Hotel. The rooms, though simply designed, were clean and well maintained and swimming pool was a highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with my requests. I see the prices were really reasonable consider to quality of service.
I was not comfortable with is the wifi signal in the room was occasionally intermittent. I hope hotel's staffs upgrade the wifi system to ensure stable connection.

I totally love this place so I pleased with it
The accommodation is not far from King's Road Angkor shopping area, and includes an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a communal lounge. In addition, the hotel also has a restaurant, free shuttle service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free Wi-Fi throughout the property so it was very convenient for me. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities and the price is reasonable. I like it so much.
Initially, my bathroom had a broken water heater, but the hotel staff quickly repaired it for me. So I don't feel much inconvenience.
