I’m legally blind and use walking cane to get around. From my arrival to hotel the front office staff were really helpful and friendly
House keeping staff Maria helped guide me to room location and ice machine , Daniel from maintenance was helpful and took care of problem with charging station strip in room and got my phone charging, staff in Bistrom morning and evening shift really awesome and helpful as well. Five stars all around to the friendly and kind staff.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Easy check in.
There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Checkout is at 12 pm which is a perfect time.

Im was not very happy, the customer service was not the best.I Noticed Smog odor and the Ac was not on when I arrived and felt very inconvenient considering Hesperia temperatures .

Pros:

I requested adjoining rooms when booked and when I arrived they did not accommodate. Then she made me wait 39 minutes to check in because she was suppose to fix it, and after all that time she said she couldn’t do it; she blamed it on Expedia. Never coming back here, it ruined our stay.

Called to get a towel and 30 mins went by and nothing called again to request and nothing over a hour passed and still couldn’t get a towel very dissapointed as I needed to shower and needed a clean towels but no one ever came to bring one

The air conditioner was extremely loud making sleeping very difficult. Housekeeping, with no warning, did not clean the room every day leaving us without clean, dry towels, full trash cans and no coffee. When I went to reception to complain and get towels, the person at reception was on her cell phone making myself and another customer wait while she finished her obvious personal call. Also had to wait to check in for the receptionist to finish her cell phone call. Also had no complimentary breakfast. Next time I’ll stay at the Best Western next door.
