Ideale ligging bij het centrum met heel behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

De ligging van de accommodatie was ideaal om naar het centrum te wandelen. Vanaf hier zit je op 7 minuten of nog minder rechtstreeks in het centrum. Er is ook een privé parkeergarage tegen betaling, wat wel handig is, maar wel klein als het druk is. Het personeel hielp vlot wanneer we vroegen naar aanbevelingen in het centrum om zaken te bezichtigen. Het hotel ligt rechtstreeks aan een straat die je meteen kan doorwandelen tot aan het centrum.

Cons:

Omdat we eerder kwamen van een vrij ruime accommodatie met grote parkeerplek, was het voor mij wat ongebruikelijk dat ze vroeger naar de sleutel van de wagen om je wagen te kunnen verzetten als je niet aanwezig zou zijn en er mensen op de parking zouden moeten of af moeten rijden. Zoals gezegd is het een mini parking, waardoor het wat puzzelen is vanaf dat er 4 wagens staan. De hoofdkussens van het bed zijn ook heel dun en het bed enorm hard, niet ideaal voor onze rug, maar misschien wel gewenst voor anderen :).

Delizioso boutique hotel a due passi dal centro storico
Pros:

Hotel situato in posizione strategica: vicinissimo alla stazione Santa Maria Novella e a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali meraviglie del centro storico.
Altro punto di forza, la cortesia e l' ospitalità dello staff: tutto il team si è dimostrato accogliente, professionale, operativo H24.
Pulizia delle camere impeccabili, dotate di frigo bar, aria condizionata, biancheria sempre pulita.
Molto caratteristico per l'arredamento, curato nei minimi dettagli.
Assolutamente consigliato a chi cerca un punto d'appoggio pulito, comodo e gestito da persone deliziose!

Struttura particolare, arredamento ricercato, staff gentile , posizione perfetta per chi arriva con il treno, stazione vicinissima, ottima posizione anche per andare in centro tutto nelle vicinanze, locali vicino all’albergo ottimo per la sera.
