Relax y diversión en San Agustin

Habitaciones amplias y limpias, las instalaciones muy bonitas y cuidadas , personal muy amable y el buffet muy variado. La ubicación es buena ya que es una zona tranquila y a 10 minutos tienes la playa de San Agustín y un centro comercial.

Nonostante la struttura non sia di nuova costruzione, abbiamo trovato la nostra camera pulita, ordinata e ben tenuta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, soprattutto alla reception, dove non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà con la lingua.

Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stata l’organizzazione della pulizia: essendo una persona che si sveglia presto, ogni mattina vedevo tantissimo personale già al lavoro per pulire piscine, aree comuni, servizi e bagni. Non una sola persona a occuparsi di grandi spazi, ma diversi gruppi organizzati che lavoravano velocemente e con grande attenzione. Si vedeva che la pulizia della struttura era una priorità.

Anche il servizio in camera è stato molto buono: la camera veniva pulita ogni giorno e abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e anche una bottiglia di champagne. Molto comodo anche il servizio lavanderia, che abbiamo trovato davvero veloce.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la ristorazione: avevamo colazione e cena e abbiamo trovato una buona varietà di piatti, con proposte diverse e una scelta ampia soprattutto a colazione. Considerando il prezzo pagato, abbiamo trovato il rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto.

Infine, abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità della reception: quando abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un taxi per l’aeroporto, ci hanno aiutato immediatamente organizzandolo per il giorno successivo. Il costo di 50 € è stato davvero onesto. La zona è inoltre molto bella e tranquilla; a metà luglio non l’abbiamo trovata particolarmente affollata, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che migliorerei è il caffè: sarebbe molto piacevole avere la possibilità di bere un buon caffè preparato da un barista, invece di quello della macchina automatica, che personalmente non ho trovato di buona qualità. Per il resto, non abbiamo avuto particolari motivi di lamentela.
