Clean, friendly staff, good selection and quantity of food at every meal. Comfortable beds, nice room.
Adult Swimming pool to small to accommodate the amount of people swimming when we were there (early July)
Location and breakfast ok
Communication poor both before arrival and after check in. Bedding incomplete no top sheet or duvet took several long wait phone calls and finally getting dressed to go down to reception. Extractor fan in small toilet not working, no form of bidet available, stand alone bath impractical with nowhere to put anything - combined shower/shampoo container out of reach and no hair conditioner. Took a while to realise you had to squeeze the wall mounted container and the second basin had nothing except access to four tissues in the box! Air con packed up early hours and tiny wall mounted control incomprehensible with no instructions. Bedding delays probably caused by world cup football final but the rest was not.
Very poor for a Junior Suite in 4 star hotel.

La talasoterapia es genial aunque vaya aparte en el precio de la estancia.
El personal bastante atento.

El ascensor es horrible en horas puntas.

En la piscina no cabía ni una sola persona más, por no hablar de que no podías encontrar ni una sola hamaca a partir de las 9:30 de la mañana
La cantidad de gente para los servicios que ofrece el hotel es exageradamente superior.
El comedor parecía que estaban dando cosas gratis, con un tipo de turismo bastante ruidoso y maleducado
El personal. Muy amable, especialmente la dos mujeres de recepción y algunas del desayuno y almuerzo.
Piscina caliente.
La habitación mejor imposible, la comida y el servicio muy bueno. Ofertaron una promoción para los clientes alojados de la talasoterapia, masajes...etc. Aproveche la de la talasoterapia fue genial.

Todos los días había pollo,cerdo y parca a la plancha lo cual podía haber algo más de variedad a la plancha. Cierran muy pronto la piscina aunque te dejan que estés allí. Y los viernes es horroroso el gorbea de la planta 9 ya que ahy fiesta y música hasta las 1 lo cual no descansas hasta después de esa hora
