Hotel was good but not nearly enough parking for the hotel size!

Beautiful hotel

Cons:

Bar staff upstairs in the evening were dreadful! Ignored you, staff everywhere but only 1 serving the bar. Totally ignored for 15 minutes despite trying to get attention. Served others so we left. Very disappointed!

Un cadre magnifique et une restauration de qualité, malgré un accueil inégal.

Points positifs :
L'hôtel est magnifique avec un superbe design : le hall et ses fauteuils accueillants, les cascades à l'entrée et un joli bar. Les extérieurs sont très verts et les piscines très bien aménagées. La restauration est de grande qualité : merci aux cuisiniers bienveillants des œufs au plat et du bacon. Un immense bravo à la cuisinière des omelettes le matin (la seule parlant français !) et à ses collègues des grillades le soir, tous très professionnels. Le buffet est varié et le personnel de salle très avenant. Le ménage est irréprochable : merci aux femmes de ménage pour leur gentillesse et pour les chaussons qu'elles nous ont fournis. Enfin, merci aux jeunes réceptionnistes rencontrés par la suite qui ont été de très bon conseil.

​El hotel es magnífico (hall, piscinas y diseño), pero nuestra llegada fue muy decepcionante. El jefe de recepción fue muy frío y nos hizo pagar todo antes de ver la habitación, la cual no estaba limpia al entrar (polvo en el suelo). Sentimos que el trato fue peor por ser clientes de Booking y franceses.
​Lo mejor: Felicidades a la cocinera de las tortillas (la única que habla francés) y al equipo de parrillada y limpieza por su gran trabajo y amabilidad. También gracias a los recepcionistas jóvenes que nos ayudaron después.
​A mejorar: El agua de pago en la cena, los colchones incómodos para 7 noches y la falta de animación nocturna. A pesar de esto, nuestra estancia fue positiva gracias al entorno y al personal de cocina/limpieza.

Points négatifs :
​Accueil & Arrivée : Premier jour glacial à la réception. Malgré nos échanges sur la messagerie Booking qui laissaient entendre qu'un surclassement serait possible, nous avons essuyé un refus catégorique. Le chef de la réception nous a fait régler la totalité du séjour avant même la prise de possession de la chambre. À notre entrée, la chambre n'était pas prête (poussière au sol et manque de chaussons) ; nous avons eu l'impression d'être relégués dans une "chambre d'attente" car nous étions clients Booking et Français.
​Restauration : Dommage que l'eau en bouteille soit payante au restaurant (pas même une carafe d'eau gratuite). Les desserts sont également un peu trop sucrés à notre goût.
​Confort & Animation : La literie est inconfortable (mal de dos après 7 nuits) et le sol de la chambre est vétuste. Enfin, il manque de spectacles le soir et la discothèque est fermée.

Conclusion : Malgré ces inconvénients de service au départ, nous avons quand même passé un excellent séjour. Il faut savoir rester positif face au cadre magnifique et à la gentillesse du personnel de cuisine, de ménage et de certains membres de la réception !
