Decepcionante para el precio pagado

La ubicación del hotel es buena para recorrer la isla. El gimnasio fue probablemente lo mejor de nuestra estancia, ya que cuenta con bastantes máquinas y más equipamiento del que suele haber en otros hoteles.

Nuestra experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para el precio pagado.
Nada más llegar la atención en recepción no fue buena y hubo errores durante el check-in.
Uno de los motivos por los que elegimos este hotel era la piscina para adultos, pero al llegar nos informaron de que estaba cerrada por obras. Además del ruido habitual de una piscina familiar con muchos niños, también tuvimos que soportar el ruido constante de las obras durante la estancia. En varias ocasiones tuve que utilizar tapones para poder leer y descansar en la piscina.
La comida fue una gran decepción. Somos veganos y las opciones eran muy escasas y repetitivas. Durante prácticamente toda la semana la única alternativa de proteína vegetal fue una hamburguesa vegana de baja calidad que se repetía día tras día.
Además, observamos una importante falta de formación sobre alimentación vegana. En varias ocasiones preguntamos si determinados platos eran veganos y el personal no sabía diferenciar entre vegano y vegetariano. Incluso se nos indicó como "vegano" algún alimento que contenía lácteos. Esto genera desconfianza, especialmente para personas que siguen una alimentación vegana o tienen restricciones alimentarias.
También echamos en falta una identificación clara de los alimentos. Muchos productos del buffet, incluidos cereales y otros platos, no disponían de etiquetas completas indicando ingredientes, alérgenos o si eran aptos para veganos o vegetarianos, algo que hoy en día consideramos básico en un hotel de esta categoría.
La limpieza de la habitación nos pareció mejorable.
Aunque el gimnasio fue uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel, también le falta mantenimiento. Había máquinas sin algunos tiradores, ciertas poleas resultaban difíciles de ajustar y varias máquinas presentaban acumulación de suciedad y restos procedentes del deterioro del techo, algo que claramente no parecía reciente.
