El servicio en general una plantilla de grandes profesionales y el servicio de restaurante y cocina espectacular y en la entrada el servicio de recepción tb muy simpáticos y buen servicio

Leuk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en gratis shuttlebussen naar de stranden.
Pros:

De kamer was mooi, alle medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed. De gratis shuttlebussen naar de stranden waren top geregeld. Het parkeren was gratis. Spa was heerlijk. Gezellige sfeer in het hotel.

Cons:

Er moest betaald worden voor een kluisje op de kamer; heel jammer bij zo’n hoge prijs per nacht. Ook geldt er een toeslag voor het zwembad op het dak. Rookvrije balkons zouden fijner zijn geweest, i.v.m. buren die rookten. De tafeltennistafel stond onder ons balkon, alhoewel een eind weg, lawaai tot middernacht door het ping pong balletje. Entertainment was wisselend. Smaak en kwaliteit van het diner kunnen verbeterd worden.

A great hotel, very clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved that the pool was really big and it never felt crowded around it. The temperature of the water was pleasant. Breakfast was great, dinner was ok but some of their dishes were not so good. In general once you knew what to pick you ended up with nice dinner every day. They changed the selection all the time which was also nice. The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect, we loved San Augustin, the beach and how handy the location was for our day trips :)

Kõik oli väga meeldiv.
Pros:

Hommikusöögi ja õhtusöögi valik oli väga mitmekesine. Meeldis, et mõnedel õhtutel olid õhtusöögid erinevate teemadega (Aasia köök). Personal oli väga abivalmis ja toetav. Hotellist randa ja tagasi viis tasuta buss. Kuna me jõudsime hotelli pärast õhtusöögi aega ning olime sellest ka hotelli eelnevalt teavitanud, oli hotelli personal meile tuppa jätnud puuvilju ja vahuveini, mis oli meeldiv üllatus.

Malgré quelques petits désagréments, nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Le fait que ce soit spacieux, propre. On se sentait très à l’aise malgré le nombre de personnes. Beaucoup d’endroits où se poser. Idem pour la chambre : spacieuse, propre et la vue exceptionnelle !!
La gentillesse du personnel avec une mention particulière pour le personnel du ménage.
Le roof top : très bel espace avec un restaurant où l’on mange très bien avec un personnel très accueillant.
Et la petite mention particulière : une bouteille de champagne offerte en guise de bienvenue.

Cons:

Si on ne maîtrise pas l’anglais ou l’espagnol correctement, cela devient compliqué. Certaines personnes à l’accueil parlent très vite.
Le fait qu’on nous demande de payer 10€/personne pour des serviettes de piscines alors qu’elles semblent être comprises dans les services offerts.
Attention aux plages de piscines qui sont glissantes à certains endroits
